Excellent food and service as always. Could maybe give a few more vegetables with the roast dinners
Great service -from booking a table for 8over the 'phone , through to a great Sunday lunch. The food was extremely good - just what we wanted.
We went to the VK for a family birthday last Monday and it was just lovely. The staff were so friendly and have the birthday girl a free glass of prosecco. The food was delicious, I had Sea Bream which was perfectly cooked, the others raved about the pork belly. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly and we could actually have a conversation without having to shout over others voices!
Brought a child in a party of 5. Efficient, polite and friendly service added to the best Sunday lunch in the Village. Veggie option was great too.
I had a Christmas dinner with my friend tonight, best dinner ever! Service perfect with very nice staff, and food amazing! I will come back !
As always, a delicious Sunday lunch and the perfect place to kick back, relax and catch up with friends! I had the roast chicken and then the pear crumble - all scrumptious!
Best place in Walthamstow for Sunday lunch. We've been before in the week, but this was our first time on a Sunday and it was fantastic. The food was great and the service sublime.
Excellent Sunday lunch - between us we had the beef which was juicy and thick, the lamb and cod options very good too. Nice ambiance, slightly let down in January by people leaving front door open letting in cold draughts.
The food was lovely and the service was very good. The only thing was there could be some more veggies on the Sunday roast. Will definitely go again.
