About Villandry St James

There are branches of Villandry everywhere in Zone One. Villandry is well-known for their chic, generous dining spaces and upmarket, light dishes. Waterloo Place is an excellent location of SW1’s branch of the London staple, close enough to the station for commuters to grab a bite of something sweet (and probably French, there are glorious croissants here) and just as good for tourists and those on the prowl of a spot to spend the evening too in St. James’s.

More about Villandry St James, London

Blending understated surrounds with delicious light food and prices uncommon to the capital has proved to be a winning formula for Villandry. Great anytime of day, the team serve breakfast, lunch and dinner (and brunch at weekends) daily. The team serve food all day long, and have a menu designed specifically for your visit. There’s sharp, rich coffee and portable bites of loveliness for the worker bees heading to the office around London’s Waterloo Place in the morning, and heartier plates of traditional British goodness for those with more time to spend of their breakfast, it’s obvious then why this St. James’s local is proving so popular with locals south of the river.

If you stop by Villandry on London’s Waterloo Place around lunch (or brunch) time, you’re liable to be faced with some tough decisions. Are you going to go for a crunchy duck salad or king scallops? Perhaps a shareable Mediterranean mezze platter is the way to go? And what about dessert? It’s tough! The same goes for dinner, there’s a range of excellent Mediterranean-inspired dishes that make this St. James’s restaurant special. There’s plenty on offer here to encourage your loyalty, but be warned that a reservation is often a must!
