Vinothec Social is a new pizza bar, wine bar and gin bar in Lewisham that’s quickly garnering attention for its welcoming atmosphere and artisan food and drink. This London spot has all the features to be a favourite, this thanks to a fresh dining concept from Arnaud Compas, Kishore Tripathi and Cyril Thomazeau. While the delicious pizzas are definitely a drawcard, so too is the extensive drinks selection. There’s craft beer and fine wine by the glass, this in addition to cocktails whipped up with ease by the talented bar staff. Boasting a chic modern design and laid back intimacy, Vinothec Social is most ideal for an after-work drink and nibble. You’ll find the restaurant situated right next to Lewisham train station on Gateway Station Road.

The place is ok but there's nothing special about it. On the positive side staff is very nice and attentive. But with so much choice in London i don't think i'd go back again. It lacks carachter, the menu is bland with limited choice, beers are not listed on the menu, the waiter/tress reads the list out for you but you can't check the price, quite annoying. We ordered pizzas, the taste was ok, but they were all quite stingy on the condiment. They served two people first and left the other two on the same table waiting for quite a long time. All in all ok but not great. Pizza can be a lot better than that.
Delicious pizza, loved the french red wine too. We sat on the more relaxed tables which were great for pizza; not sure it would have been as good if we’d sat at the more ‘formal’ tables the other end of the room, would suggest using the more relaxed throughout
