The Independence Burger Challenge
So don’t miss this chance to feel the 4th with us this July and see if you can defeat the ‘Independence Burger’ challenge. The behemoth burger includes two beef patties, two buttermilk chicken breasts, two jack cheese slices, two strips of streaky bacon, BBQ pulled pork, blasting bacon bits, onion dust and signature six cheese sauce. As well as the burger, challenges have to round off their meal with giant onion rings, three buffalo chicken wings, a small plate of mac and cheese and cajun skin on fries plus, wash it all down with two pints of coke. The ‘Independence Burger’ will cost £24.95 for anyone who doesn’t finish every morsel within the 45 minute time limit, but all challengers will have their name and time placed on the leaderboard on the Viva Vegas Diner website, with the person with the best time winning a meal for four at the end of the month.
Challenge is for 1 person only, the meal is only free if fully consumed within the 45 minute time limit as monitored by the restaurant team and must be completed in 1 sitting without leaving the table.

Don’t forget to book ahead though, as the Viva Vegas Diner tends to stay busy.
Was very good! sadly couldn't finish the meal as we was too full! was very good though, definitely will be coming back next time :)
First time visiting the diner and it was a GREAT experience. Loved the music, atmosphere and the food, what more could you ask for? :-D
Loved it, we had brunch, freshly made and good coffee. We are going to try a Friday night when the group are on. Yes very much like USA diner. Well done everyone
We all enjoyed our meals (except one lady) service could be better & quicker. They managed to get two meals wrong and waited over 10 minutes for 1 meal which just needed chips instead of mash. One lady was not happy!!
Greeted well and service fantastic. Had a few minor problems. I was asked if I wanted a dip for the chicken and when it came the sauce had been poured all over my fries together with the jalapenos when I would have liked this separate as it made the fries soggy. This was quickly remedied by the attentive staff. (Sarah) My partner's ribs were dry and there wasn't really sign of any mentioned sauce. Did not want to mention this at the time as the staff were so nice and we did not want to spoil the experience. Kind regards, Paul and Lisa
We were greeted warmly and shown to a huge booth styled like a Cadillac. The drinks arrived swiftly and we had to send the waitress away twice as there was so much choice on the menu (a copy online would have helped) The food was great, we especially loved the Tater Tots.
Sarah was our host and she was excellent. The other staff were also lovely and charming too. The venue was fantastic and spotless. The music was great. The only improvement I could wish for is more choice on the menu, especially for vegetarians and also plain and simple food for fussy eaters too.
Great food, but a bit of a wait for it to come out. Nice atmosphere - but I recommend booking as people were getting turned away at the door without a reservation.
Our order was incorrect being two wrong meals. The music was too loud and couldn't hear each other talking. Great food though. Burgers were brilliant!
Food overcooked and almost inedible, service was very slow and dirty cutlery on table. No one came to check if our food was ok andxwe had to ask for the drink that was included in the meal
