More about Vivere Italian Restaurant, Stafford

Ask any Italian and they’ll tell you that one of the most important elements of the kitchen is good olive oil because it brings dishes together in a way that nothing else can. At Vivere Italian Restaurant, everything on the menu is cooked with extra virgin olive oil, and although this may seem like a minor detail, it really makes quite the difference. As well as that, Vivere is one of few Italian restaurants in the centre of Stafford that can offer gluten-free as well as vegan options, meaning it’s a restaurant fit for just about any group of diners.

In terms of the menu itself, as we said, here on Foregate Street you can expect extremely authentic pizza and pasta, as well as few mains of chicken or fish. Our suggestion would be to begin with a good selection of antipasti, of course, before a main of tagliatelle al salmone, a classic lasagne or Fantasia. What’s our favourite pizza? That would have to be the Fiorentina complete with tomato sauce, mozzarella, spinach, egg and blue cheese. Stafford loves Vivere Italian Restaurant and we know you will too.

Great food, lively atmosphere. Pasta was delicious and the fish was beautifully cooked. Leave room for dessert. Would definitely visit again if in the area.

Wow, what a great find! Booked for pre theatre eats following good reviews on Trip Advisor and we weren't disappointed. Superb staff, friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent menu selection. The cheese and mushroom garlic bread is a must - divine! I chose the fusilli with broccoli and mushrooms having seen it served on the next table. 'He who shall be obeyed' chose the ham calzone. A perfectly chilled chardonnay and two coffees saw us on our way with full tummies and a great value for money experience in the bag. Can't wait to return.

Booking is never an issue. Staff are polite and friendly and will always see to your needs quickly. The restaurant is really nice and a good atmosphere. It’s great to see the kitchen staff too. We were in when a party was in so The were a tad loud but it was fine. Food comes really quickly, freshly prepared. I just live eating here. Some of the starters can be a tad smaller esp the bruschetta this time But I’ll be back Keep up the good work

We arrived about 10 to 15 minutesearly but were did not have to wait for a table. We were given a menu and our order was taken. My wife wanted a spagetti dish but with pasta this was no problem. The meal arrived quickly its was hot and well cooked. We then ordered dessert which were great together with a coffe and tea. The meal was to celebrate our anniversary we enjoyed the experience and will book again

It was my wife's birthday and one of her favourite restaurants. So her choice as to where to celebrate the day with our family was not difficult to choose. There was 7 of us in the party and as we arrived we were greeted and shown to our window table. The meal for us all was a delight and cooked to perfection. Thank you all for a memorable evening.

The staff at the restaurant is really welcoming. Even when the restaurant is full it’s not too noisy. The service is good, the staff are polite. The menu is good, the portion sizes are good. The restaurant is suitable for children too. The style and layout is in keeping with an Italian / pizza / pasta restaurant We usually eat heat at least once a month
