More about Vivere Italian Restaurant, Stafford

Ask any Italian and they’ll tell you that one of the most important elements of the kitchen is good olive oil because it brings dishes together in a way that nothing else can. At Vivere Italian Restaurant, everything on the menu is cooked with extra virgin olive oil, and although this may seem like a minor detail, it really makes quite the difference. As well as that, Vivere is one of few Italian restaurants in the centre of Stafford that can offer gluten-free as well as vegan options, meaning it’s a restaurant fit for just about any group of diners.

In terms of the menu itself, as we said, here on Foregate Street you can expect extremely authentic pizza and pasta, as well as few mains of chicken or fish. Our suggestion would be to begin with a good selection of antipasti, of course, before a main of tagliatelle al salmone, a classic lasagne or Fantasia. What’s our favourite pizza? That would have to be the Fiorentina complete with tomato sauce, mozzarella, spinach, egg and blue cheese. Stafford loves Vivere Italian Restaurant and we know you will too.

We had a fantastic night celebrating my daughters birthday. Attentive yet not overbearing staff. Cooked food off menu too when a guest wanted 2 dishes amalgamated. Food was delicious, hot and served together ( we were a table of 11). We were allowed to bring a cake which the owner bought out singing happy birthday. Amazingly they then suggested plates etc so we could serve up the cake as dessert. The silent door bells on the tables to get the attention of a waiter is a fantastic idea and another way of making for a wonderful night and flawless service!!! Highly recommend!!!
