Eat like a VIP and indulge in gourmet mains like the duck breast with blueberry jus and charred gem, the chicken liver pate with beetroot ketchup, brioche toast and fennel slaw, or the roasted corn-fed chicken with confit potatoes, shallot crisps and braised leeks. For vegetarians, we recommend the roasted quinoa with butternut squash, a satisfying and nourishing dish that includes a sprinkling of goat cheese and an array of fresh vegetables.
