Just moved into the area, the White Bull was recommended to us by one of the locals and we were not dissapointed. Great food, fantastic service.
Really like this place. Never disappointed with the food or service 😊
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at the white bull. The food was great, lots of choice, lovely ambience & excellent service. Well worth a visit.
We enjoyed Excellent food and service, and we will certainly be returning to The White Bull at Gisburn and can definitely recommend it. The mixed grill was delicious.
Visited for my daughters birthday and were staying in a holiday lodge nearby at Ribblesdale (nicely in walking distance). Party of 4 adults, 2 children and a dog. Good service and lovely food. Quite busy but served in good time. Waitresses all very pleasant. Would definitely return.
We enjoyed 2 fabulous evening meals at the white bull and an outstanding breakfast, fabulous service and food most enjoyable l, thank you and highly recommended.
Delicious food, good service. Feel though that maybe some area of the pub should cater for people who were just visiting for a drink as the bar area was busy with people sat around it and made it a little awkward to get to bar on arrival. All in all though it is well worth a visit.
The food was very good and tasty. I had the gammon which was so big I couldn’t finish. Service good. Definitely go back to again.
a good choice on the food menu and the food good. Sitting so close to the bar area for a meal was a bit noisy.
Enjoy the food here. The Green veg dish today was beautiful- cooked to perfection. Even though there was a function on - we didn’t have to to be served. 😊
The bar was very busy which is good for them but hard for us to get to the bar. The food was very good and had a good choice for gluten free.
Excellent meal and excellent service. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Got a present for Mothers Day and a voucher. Brilliant. Will definitely be going again.
Wonderful food and great service as always. Friendly staff who happily accommodate slight changes to the menu. We strongly recommend the White Bull at Gisbutn.
Booked online with ease and had a lovely meal with friends. An extensive menue of traditional pub food. A nice atmosphere and attentive service, would visit again.
The food was fabulous. Could not fault it. Would definitely go again for more food. Nice atmosphere and lovely people. Lovely local people too. 👍
Good food and friendly staff. Great for us as we can take our dog. Been there a few times and will be going back soon
Absolutely fantastic tasty food! Always a wonderful and friendly service. Lovely local pub. Great choice of wines, beers and non alcoholic drinks too. Great choice of specials on offer which change regularly.
Great time as always, attentive staff, delicious food and good ale (apparently) although not sampled by myself!! As its our local we'll be back soon.
Visited this fantastic establishment for an evening meal whilst staying locally. The food was excellent and the staff were great. Had an enjoyable night. Would recommend
Stopped on way to Malham. Service quick and polite, food v tasty and a decent pint. Panko breadcrumb chicken and sticky toffee pud were excellent
the food and service was great. we were placed on a uncomfortable table and the staff were brilliant found us a better table without question. be warned my wife says the sticky toffee pudding will defeat you.
Lovely food with plenty of choice s and good potions, friendly and great service and nice atmosphere - Saturday afternoon meal. highly recommend. Very reasonably priced.
Great food, great service The food was lovely and as an added bonus good value for money Lovely pub atmosphere, will definitely be returning before Christmas.
Lovely venue. Initially a very warm welcome. Service was dreadful. Had to ask staff at every transaction, sometimes twice to come and clear plates or take our order. Food cold and childrens food covered in adult gravely which was very very salty. My youngest could not eat her meal because of this but no one came to sort this out. Almost left without paying as there was no one about to provide a bill. When we found someone it never arrived. Such a shame. Took 3.5 hours forvavtwo course meal. No apology given at any point.
We were a party of 8 celebrating a birthday and had a lovely meal. The staff were very friendly and the service was good. We will definitely visit again.
Very nice fish and chips, welcoming pub and good service, probably training new bar staff as the drinks came to £5.15 so I gave a £20 note and 15 p and they were unable to work out my change.
Good pub food, the interior decor is lovely and the staff were all great, would do great if it did more up market food. Was very quiet on the Thursday when we went
We go to The White Bull quite regularly as a family and have always been welcomed. The food and the atmosphere is always great! Would definitely recommend.
Simply very good food Busy and great atmosphere Hake with crab and prawns with chilli linguine was divine Roast beef very good No baked Alaska . Why?
Lovely atmosphere and lovely food. We travelled an hour to come back as we enjoyed it so much last time. Nothing too much trouble and happy to change my order to match dietary requirements
Excellent specials board with local food, Excellent meal, gorgeous mixed grill, amazing village pub, well kept real ales, deffonetly will be returning and telling friends to come
Menu not as on the web site and special offer was very limited so was very disappointed however the fish and chip supper was small but ok
Good quality, freshly cooked food with some interesting options on both the standard and the specials menu. The White Bull beer went down nicely. Dog friendly
Booked a Sunday afternoon table for 4, 2 adults 2 children. Food was amazing staff very friendly and polite happy to help which is what you want when eating out. Dog friendly and even Frankie enjoyed the compliment beef cuttings.
Steak under done initially and blue cheese sauce not as expected.Another of the steaks was chewy and also under done.Childrens meals were fine and the drinks and table.
We did enjoy the food and will visit again. It was very busy which we took as a good sign. Our first visit since the new people took over and 100% improvement.
First rate meals, the three of us all had different meals and were very pleased with what we had. I finished off with the 'piece de resistance', rice pudding with fruits of the forest and topped with crumble. Much better than it sounds. The draught bitter was impressive as well.
Friendly staff in pleasant surroundings with great food. We ate from the two courses for two people for £22 menu. The choice was not too extensive and a couple of items were unavailable, but the food was delicious and well presented. Will definitely be back.
After a family day out it was great for a family meal on Father's Day. The mixed grill was yummy. Good food, great service x
Was nice but not brilliant!! The stir fry was quite tasteless which was a shame also there was no good space to sit in the bar to just relax would have.liked to see booths possidly!
