Lincolnshire is well known for its rich agricultural land and has some of the best produce available anywhere in the country. Grantham restaurants therefore have access to excellent local ingredients that inspire their menus. Lincoln Red Beef is showcased in the steakhouse restaurants of Grantham, while the famous course ground and peppery Lincolnshire sausages with flecks of sage are served up in many traditional pubs and inns.
