Which of Southam's restaurants will tempt you?
The Kings Head in Napton-on-the-Hill offers a superb menu of British classics, local beers and ales and a welcoming, comfortable environment that's ideal for walkers. Try the 21-day aged grass-fed steak with triple-fried frites and a green side salad and a sticky toffee pudding for dessert. The Bowling Green in the centre is another of Southam's restaurants that's as big a hit with the local as it is with tourists. It's spacious and beautifully restored, with high-chairs for children and an expansive menu that offers excellent vegetarian options alongside meat and fish dishes. The beer-battered haddock is a particular favourite amongst the diners! Do take a moment to book your table in advance however to avoid any need to queue at busy times.
