Went there for a birthday and one of the party is a coeliac. Food was absolutely lovely and they couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. They were well aware of coeliac and offered advice on what she could/could not eat. Only downside I would say is that we were the only people there when another table finished just after we arrived and this did affect the atmosphere. I would like to go again on a busy night
Excellent as usual. I think everyone was watching the euro footy because we had masses of space. Great service, fabulous food. Clean, quiet and friendly.
Excellent as always. One of Nottingham's hidden gems. Great food, great service. They also do an excellent take away service. Get on down, you will not be disappointed
I visited the Orchid restaurant. It was extremely quiet and pleasant, however the food was excellent. It was fresh, hot and extremely tasty unlike some restaurants where the food is cold before you have time to eat it. I will definitely go again.
Friendly and welcoming hosts , excellent service and fantastic food. We have visited this restaurant before and enjoyed it so much that this time we took some friends with us and they were very impressed; they too said they would definitely return. Excellent evening had by all !!
Sound, great food with no fuss. Good value. Will go back and will use the takeaway service. Friendly, family run and fun. Even supplied us with reading glasses because we had forgotten ours.
Good freshly cooked food. Friendly service. It's a restaurant that we regularly visit. That fact that we keep going back speaks for itself. Highly recommended.
Great friendly helpful service. Food gorgeous & lots of it. All hot and fresh. My second visit and i will definitely go again. The only drawback was not being able to use voucher on the set menu, but not a problem as worth every penny.
Visited before and enjoyed meal but this time food not great , not enough sauce or flavour in dishes. Slow service and used to be better . Would not return
We have visited this restaurant on several occasions, we love the food. We have dined from the a la carte and the all you can eat and never had a bad dish.
I enjoyed it so much I vowed to come again when T20 cricket is on. I will bring my friends and I learned I only need to give 48hrs notice of booking. I gave a very significant tip in excess of 25%.
Good service and good food although some of the dishes were a little spicier than we anticipated, having had them in other restaurants. The 'all you can eat' menu was good value for money.
We received lovely service and fantastic tasting fresh food. Caters for gluten free diets (coeliacs) brilliantly as well. I really would recommend this restaurant .
delicious food at a very reasonable price. would definately recommend it. The a la carte is really varied but still plenty of choice on the all you can eat menu.
