As the menu rotates, we can’t tell you what exactly will be available when you visit, but, at the time of writing upon our visit to Rose Street, mains ranged from soy and sesame marinated pork fillet with roasted pepper, courgette & new potatoes with gremolata, all the way through to corn-fed chicken served with kale, onion rings & black pudding bon bons. 1780 Restaurant Edinburgh is open for brunch, lunch and dinner, then, of course, it makes a wonderful spot just for some drinks. 1780 is one of our favourite’s in central Edinburgh and we’re sure you’re going to love it.
