Owing to Aberdeen Steak House’s popularity, reserving in advance is recommended to avoid disappointment.
Wonderful food and service. Went there after being given a Groupon voucher and was really impressed, had the most amazing steak. Will definitely be going back
Hadn't been to an Aberdeen Steak House for many years, but must say that the food was excellent and the service was very good, would recomend.
The staff were friendly we were a really big group and the food was amazing we all really enjoyed it and would happily go again
Great food, lovely service and decent pricing. Definitely go again. The steak was cooked to perfection, so fresh and cooked just the way I like it.
Staff were very friendly and attentive so it was a nice experience. The decor is tired but the prices reflect that. We had 2 burgers and 2 beers for £6 through Groupon, which was fantastic value. The burger was cooked nicely and was very tasty, cheese was processed and would have been better as a slice of real cheese, in a nice non-poncy white sesame seeded bun which held together well (i don't like a fancy brioche or ciabata bun with a burger), chips were nicely cooked. Salad was a bit 1980s, and the meal would have liked much better on a smaller plate. There was plenty of it but it was served on a huge pizza or muxed grill plate. I imagine it would be a good place for a cheap and cheerful family meal. I would go again for lunch whilst shopping but not as an evening so. Couldn't knock the value or the service it just needs dragging into the 2018.
Food was good, quality of steaks were good, however my minor disappointment was the 3 8oz fillet steaks were all clearly different sizes and weights. It would have been nice to have had the butcher cut the meat correctly and to size. Service was a bit slow, but as we were in no rush it was nice to not be rushed, and the gentlemen serving added a quirky but nice atmosphere! Definitely worth a visit, especially if the butcher gets a new set of scales!!!
Very warm welcome, followed up by excellent service. We had the 'Surf and Turf' which was absolutely delicious - the size of the T-bone steak was a bit overwhelming at first but it was cooked perfectly - I managed to eat most of it, much to my surprise. Overall, a most enjoyable experience.
Friendly service, steak cooked just how one would wish and nice crispy chips. There was ample salad and the oil and balsamic vinegar were provided so that one could mix the two to one's own taste. A very relaxing evening - couldn't ask for more. Stairs down to the toilets were a bit steep - not so good for the less agile.
We had 2 meals there last week in Brighton and they were superb, excellent friendly staff as well. The beefburgers were massive and tasty and the steaks were equally good. I love the way the meat is on display and cut before cooking like a very top steakhouse.Fantastic value as well.
we arrived early but the table was ready and waiting for us food was good as always came out hot and as ordered apart from the onion rings being forgot this was soon rectified and these followed shortly this was the first mistake in 8 visits so not the end of the world we will return next time we visit Brighton
