No prizes for guessing what the chefs at Al Dente London specialise in. Yep, Al Dente was born from the passion for handmade, fresh pasta that was shared by a group of friends, and these days the restaurant in Fitzrovia has a whole menu full of signature pasta dishes that stay true to traditional Roman recipes – there’s even a pasta laboratory that’s open for all who are keen to discover the art of artisan pasta. Then, Al Dente also works closely with Italian suppliers to ensure all the ingredients used in the kitchen complement the pasta in the best possible way. London hasn’t had a pasta experience like Al Dente before, and you’ll find the restaurant right on Goodge Street where it’s best to arrive armed with an advanced reservation.
The food was amazing! Their olive oil is out of this world, trust me I'm Greek, I know all about olive oil! The staff were friendly and polite and the atmosphere was nice and relaxing. We had two loud girls sitting next to us which was a bit distracting but this can happen anywhere. I would definitely go back again!
Honestly some of the best pasta dishes I’ve eaten! Definitely try the seafood linguine and the cacio e pepe
Incredible simple pasta made with fantastic ingriedients. The place is ran by Italians giving it an authentic feel. I would absolutely recommend the Cacio e Pepe.
