Al Forno - Wimbledon

Brilliant atmosphere, great service and really friendly staff, amazing food, massive portions but still managed 3 courses!!! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back!!

Great food, great ambience, great place. Very busy as you'd expect at a good italian restaurant to be on a friday night, service was slow and crockery/cutlery un-dried from the washer and things like that, but no reason not to go.

We enjoyed friendly, attentive service. The food was tasty and very good value for money. It is a lively restaurant with an authentic Italian feel.

I have not been to the restaurant for several years as the service was so miserable but pleased to say it was good on my recent visit.

Great Italian food with a great atmosphere, reasonable prices. Really good service, not pushy. A real gem in Wimbledon, across from the New Wimbledon Theatre.

Fantastic meal and atmosphere. You need to book in advance as this is a really busy restaurant. Staff friendly and helpful. Definetly recommend for large groups or couples.

Great Italian restaurant - very busy for early evening but that's a good sign. Food lovely, staff attentive. Will be back. Like the additional special menus to choose from but plenty of choice from the menu.

Sadly, slow service in lovely surroundings. 2 of our group sent their food back - Avocado salad - which consisted of half an avocado and some iceberg lettuce (for £9)

Busy, fun restaurant, people were being turned away. Excellent service and food. Very good for families. There is not much more I want to say about this experience.

Freshly cooked pasta, tasty and plentiful. Service, however, is very slow - they need more staff. Our main course was nearly finished before, after two reminders, our drinks arrived.

Food is amazing and service is fantastic. The restaurant is looking a little tired needs a refurb and good clean. But cant fault the food.

Fabulous authentic pizzas, great service and lovely atmosphere for a pre theatre dinner! Even the covered outdoor seating area was nice and warm thanks to effective patio heaters.

We received a very warm welcome at the restaurant and staff were very attentive, without being too keen. I would recommend this restaurant to others.

Not great customer service - it is a shame as the food is nice, but won’t be returning. We weren’t the only party there who felt this way.
