The food was very good with a wide choice and the waiter was nice and very helpful. There was no rush we had a really good evening.

Very enjoyable evening ! Staff and food all good. Nice ambiance and good to see the chefs having a group get together at the end of the evening. Family feel.

Booked a table through Quandoo, when we arrived they didn't take the name for the booking and had the impression a table was not reserved for us. Excellent atmosphere in the restaurant but the food was of average quality. Feel it is overpriced for the quality of food served.

Lovely restaurant with a great atmosphere and lovely staff. Good food which was well presented. Go to loads of restaurants but there was something different about this one. It just had the feel good factor about it. Will definitely go again.

Staff were a bit disorganised Food was nice but didn't all come out together but not a bad night though for a first visit there.

We were seated at 8.30 but our mains didn't arrive 'til 9.40. Sadly, after waiting for so long, our food wasn't hot - just warm. Were given a complimentary bottle of wine, which was nice, but not what we really wanted. Too many tables and, therefore, they don't appear to be able to cope with the volume of orders. Very nice restaurant and people but hope they can up their game going forward.

The restaurant is pleasant, nice decor however there are WAY too many tables crammed into a relatively small space. I noticed a few marks on plates and glasses which makes me think either the dishwasher was broken or staff are not cleaning the items properly. There are two toilets for about 20 tables which I suspect could become and issue. The staff on this visit were good however the first time I went it was a disaster (Saturday evening time) that included food and service. This time was Saturday afternoon. The starters were nice, Prawns, parma ham and garlic bread with cheese. The main courses were very average, the chef uses fresh pasta however I find it too thick and undercooked. I had crab pasta in a tomato sauce, the sauce wasn't seasoned and lacked a noticeable flavour, the people I was with all ordered pasta, carbonara, sea food and Chicken Milanese with spaghetti in tomato sauce. It all looked very nice but was unflattering and lacked depth. My overall opinion is that if you live close by then the restaurant is fine, slightly above average however I would say flavour wise there are at least three restaurants in Hornchurch centre that are significantly better for Italian food with a cheaper price tag.

Authentic Italian food, happy to serve waiters/ waitresses and the ambiance was perfect 👌🏻 This restaurant is well worth a visit 👍🏻

The food was nice. However the staff were very VERY Inexperienced and were just wandering around. We had to wait 20minutes for a menu. We had no idea who our waiter/waitress was and had to ask for everything (menu, drinks, dessert menu, to pay for bill) the staff were very scatty and very loud... shouting at one another. If they can sort the staff issues then it will be a nice place.

First visit here. Welcoming, friendly, attentive staff. Beautiful ambiance. Very fresh, well presented, flavoursome food. Wine was lovely & respectable price. Hooray Hornchurch has an authentic Italian !! - will definitely return!

Waited to long to be served even a drink but once sorted was very nice (over 45 minutes) manager very sorry and food was lovely and gave a discount

Good food but overcrowded and noisy they are trying to get to many people in you can't hear each other talking and we did wait a long time for them to take our order

Arrived at 8.30 along with several other tables to find the online bookings hadn’t been taken. We could’ve waited 50 minutes for a free table but decided not to stay. Poor communication all round and will probably not bother going back

Service was dreadful, very rude staff, chairs were worn away, walked out of the restaurant and will never go back there. Certainly would not recommend to anyone.

The food was perfect. Beautiful! We were made very welcome and we are lucky enough that the restaurant is within walking distance of our home. Lucky us! We will dine here many times I’m sure.

Lovely surroundings, attentive staff and great food. The tiramisu was fantastic! I will definitely be returning and trying their other pasta dishes. We had the bolonase and prawn dishes which were great and beautifully presented.

Excellent food and wine, however the service is slow. It has improved since opening, but still needs to speed up, so make sure you’re not in any rush when you go!

Between us we had different breads for starters and then pizza and pasta dishes. All was excellent. Desserts also looked excellent and will save room for them next time we go. Worked out about 20£ per head with drinks.

This was our 2nd time to this restuarant, the first was a lovely experience, sadly this 2nd time was dissapointing , food not the same standards as previously, and the staff were dreadful! Surly young girls waitressing, and the older gentlemen were rather odd? Maybe will will try it once more , to really give it a go as it shows potential to being a great restuarant but needs working on to meet that target sadly.

The service was very good and the atmosphere was nice and friendly. The food was good and quite reasonably priced. This is my second time there and I can’t complain.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. And the food was 10/10 i could not recommend this place enough. Will definitely be one of my regular restaurants.

Had a lovely meal last night at Aldo & Bruno with my hubby and sons. Food was yummy especially the calamari and atmosphere inside and the interior made us feel like we were on holiday. Service was bit slow but this was made up for it by the owner given us another bottle of wine heavily discounted so can’t complain. Will definatly be back.

Lively bubbly atmosphere, bright and cheerful, excellent and wide choice of food. Great friendly staff and good value. Well worth a visit. Seating inside and out.

The restaurant was lovely. It was a great atmosphere and the staff were really nice and friendly. The food was magnificent and at a reasonable price and we are certainly planing on going back. The old down side were the lack of choice for the deserts. With the ice cream, you only had a choice of chocolate and vanilla. However, the main courses were lovely and it was such a great idea that they give you a choice of different pastas to have with your meal, which was a lovely choice. Many thanks and I will certainly be returning and I have also recommended this restaurant to friends.

THERE DOES NOT SEEM TO BE ENOUGH EXPERIENCED STAFF TO COPE. THEY HAVE BEEN OPEN FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHES NOW AND CAN STILL NOT GET THIS RIGHT. DUE TO THIS, SERVICE IS NOT GOOD. WAIT AGES TO BE SERVED, SOMETIMES ORDER COMES UP WRONG. IF THEY CAN GET THIS SORTED IT WILL BE AN ALTOGRTHER BETTER EXPERIENCE

Nice food and good sized portions, the staff are both cheery and helpful, but with low ceilings the restaurant is a little noisy for a cosy relaxed

Bad service, rude waiters, average food. Don’t go - people were queuing out the door purely because everyone’s bookings were being pushed back and told to wait 20 mins after the time booked

Service was extremely slow. Two beers we ordered didn't turn up but went on the bill. Staff were friendly and food tasted great. Main meal was disappointingly small though. It looked like the restaurant had too many covers for the amount of staff and size of kitchen.

I booked on the app. Received confirmation and called up luckily to see if I could sit outside and they said they didn’t have my booking. That was it! They didn’t try to find me a table or anything just said they were busy and put the phone down. That was after me being passed through three people as they didn’t understand english. Have heard so many complaints about here and now I know it’s true! Sons birthday completely ruOnes

Not nice to have fly’s around your table during your meal. The first thing you see is the menu which was very scruffy & torn!! not something you expected from such a new restaurant Menu was quite confusing & we don’t feel that we would return.

Nice food service was excellent and the decor of the restaurant is very nice. Reasonabley priced, with lots of options on and off the menu.

The food was fantastic! It’s a very new restaurant so if I’m being honest the service was a little bit scatty, it wasn’t the same person serving, had to wait for table and were not offered drinks, music was a bit loud and asked twice for it to be turned down....... but in the overall these were minor things! It’s definitely a place to go for a proper Italian 3 or 4 course meal as the main portions were quite small and the menu has a lot of sharing platters and starters before the main courses. The staff were great and made you feel very welcome and was very reasonably priced. Will 100% be returning in a few weeks!!

Great meal, pizza's were fantastic, service was attentive and exuberant ! Drinks maybe on the expensive side but if it helps pay for the excellent food then lm happy to pay!
