I have dined at Ambiance regularly for several years and the Service, and food has always been good.

All in all good, the only criticism was we were with a couple of hard of hearing people and the noise was a bit too much for them.

If you are thinking of attending this restaurant, PLEASE eat before you go, this restaurant is not good value for money at all as all you receive for 40 odd pounds is 1 of eat item... the service was not great as we were confused with the menu and they were not attentive at all. I really would not recommended this restaurant as a place to eat for value for money and good food. We had to get a kebab on the way home and was still made to pay half the bill.

Tasty food served by friendly staff at a reasonable price

I went today for the first time to this restaurant and it was a great surprise! The food was delicious all cooked beautifully and the service was great. We were greeted my a man who was very helpful and gave us a great service. I will highly recommend this place and will definitely go back!

Rather disappointed, given the rave Tripadvisor reviews - nothing out of the ordinary. Waiting staff were very over the top to start with, constantly asking us what we wanted to drink and eat before we had made a decision. Food average.

Fantastic food, excellent service & very friendly staff. Staff were very accommodating when my 3 year old wanted something different that wasn’t on the menu (very fussy eater!). Just make sure you are VERY hungry when you visit as the portions are huge!

Father’s Day family meal with three very young children. Welcoming, accommodating and very understanding. My 5 year old said it was the best food ever!

The Canadian or American lady was so lovely and friendly, we came as a family of 4 for the first time and the food was so scrumptious and the waitress made the whole experience outstanding. We will be back 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Nice people but appeared understaffed - 2 people waiting on quite a decent sized restaurant. Food varied from pretty good to below average (ie overlooked/dry lamb chops) but never hit the heights suggested in the reviews. Maybe we got them on off night!

We love this restaurant, the food and the customer service. Great food. This is one of our go to restaurants for celebrations including booking out the entire restaurant for a 50th Birthday celebration.
