Wonderfully delicious food, very kind staff but most of all - amazing atmosphere with beautiful Turksih colors, pintings, and lamps. Would go there again and again!

Had a great time. Our waiter was a charming older gent, the atmosphere was quite and the food was great. Only slight negative was the kitchen was undergoing some changes so we couldn't order any of the kebabs.

Seating arrangement wasn't ideal, we were 20 people but sat separately. Food was cold by the time it reached us. Not a great experience at all!

Great meal. Great service. What more? Well, great meze starters, excellent iskandel (or whatever), much-admired lamb shanks, fruit and baklava, and Turkish coffee - their Ottoman feast option.

A Turkish restaurant with wonderful Turkish cooking. Good service, Turkish wines, and meze. Chicken Topkapi particularly enjoyed. Servings are generous and really tasty. Much recommended.

Food was good and copious, like we remembered from 2 years ago. Live music was so excruciatingly loud we almost left halfway through, till they put us in a side room with the doors closed. So NYE atmosphere was just not right for us. Even free coffee, glass of wine didin't help. Such a shame! We won't go again.

It wasn't bad. The food was excellent, the service a little lackluster, the price just what you'd expect from a restaurant at this location and at that time.

Disappointing. Has gone downhill. Friendly staff but food presentation very, very poor. We took friends and were quite embarrassed! We are unlikely to revisit although we have visited regularly when in London.

Hi, The décor was very beautiful. But unfortunately, customer service was very poor, staff had no interest in the customers. We had requested for bread more than three times, which came after some time. Also my friend had asked for sauce twice, and eventually went up himself to get it. Food took almost an hour to get to our table, considering the restaurant was not busy at the time. Overall, not the most enjoyable experience whilst eating out with 7 friends. Thank you!

Lovely restaurant which I visited as a party of 9 from UCH for the Festive lunch. The starters were amazing and plentiful! Every member of the party was happy with their mains. I had the mixed grill which was lovely and the portion was just right (not too large but not too small either). The deserts were Baklava, ice-cream, rice pudding dish and it was great to be able to try a bit of each. Tea and coffee were a nice finish. The service from Burak in particular was very good. He was quite funny and attended to our needs. Sevji was a very good waitress and was prompt in clearing our dishes and/or re-filling our table. The restaurant was quiet in the afternoon but I am sure the atmosphere in the evening is a lot different. I would definitely recommend the restaurant and will certainly go back one evening. Well done Antalya!

Delicious food and wine and it was a good place for an afternoon get-together with an old friend, as the place is open between the busy 'usual' meal times.

Warm welcome and great food, we shared mezze platters (hot + cold) to start and a range of fish/meat mains. All our questions fully answered, and great value for money. Service could have been more attentive.

Pleasant surroundings and efficient staff with a varied menu. Only issue was we booked in advance asking would be be okay to use a diner discount card, we showed the card on arrival and again when we asked for the bill. Then informed the restaurant does not honour the card anymore as meat is expensive, but took £10.00 of the bill. A nice restaurant to visit with a group and warm atmosphere.

The food was delicious (very good value) and the restaurant staff was wonderful: I was traveling with my nine-year old son who was discovering London and Turkish food that evening - and he told me we must come back.

Really tasty food, I went for the mixed grill, which I highly recommend, beautifully cooked and well seasoned. Service was great, our waiter had great sense of humour.

The food was poor quality, looking and tasting like a 1970s idea of Turkish food. It seemed tired as did the waiter. The flat bread arrived cold and soggy. When the fresh, warm bread I asked for arrived, it felt like it was (re?)heated in a microwave. Three of us ordered a chicken main course and we were served the lamb version of it and the waiter's only response was 'sorry, the chef's head must still be in Turkey, let me bring you some baklava.' The gravy was like dishwater and when clearing the plates the waiter slopped it all over the floor, narrowly missing my colleague's shoulder. There's much better fresh tasting and good value Turkish food in London, just don't expect it from this restaurant.

This is one of my favourite restaurants near Russell Square. The food was delicious and served quickly, the decor is really beautiful, and our hosts made us feel very welcome with complementary meze and treats.

Great Turkish restaurant. Booked for dinner with my wife and eldest daughter. Had a lovely meal and then the owner came over to say hello - when we realised he also owned the Antalya in Nottingham we said we'd been there as well. He was delighted and ordered us some complimentary drinks and desserts.

Antalya is an unknown gem... The food is exceptional & the service matches it. Compared to more well known Turkish restaurants, this will blow your mind. The decor inside transports you to a mystical place, and the value for money just cannot be believed. Visit this restaurant, we've been 6 times, and have NEVER been disappointed!

Admirable! The food was really good for the money we paid. On ambience, although there was a traditional hint, would have been better to have proper ventilation as we felt a bit hot sitting inside. The staff is absolutely awesome with great hospitality skills so thought of forgoing the ambience bit. Will surely visit them once more :)

Food was good but service was disastrous. Waiter kept mixing up meals between 3 tables meaning we didn't get the bread for our starter for 10 mins and our mains took over an hour to arrive.

We went to Antalya for lunch on a bad day for them, as they were short staffed due to a road traffic accident to one of them. The impression gained, though not confirmed, was that it is a family run restaurant. However, the remaining waiter did his very best and coped really well, so that there were no obvious problems. The décor is impressive and elaborate, based on the Ottoman Turkish period. The Menu is extensive and contains a Vegetarian section. The starters were tasty and the mains a little bland. The cost was quite low - £65 for two courses for four. But being lunch time on a very hot day, we did not have any alcohol. Recommended.

The food was ok. My dish had lots of currants on the plate. I wanted a sweet dish but the dish ended up just looking like a plate of chicken and raisins. Nice staff though and my fellow diners enjoyed their food
