From the exterior inside the Railway Arches on Viaduct Street, there’s not much to get excited about at Huddersfield’s Apadana. In fact, it looks a little bit like somewhere you’d go to buy paint, but this should not deter diners that have made the trip from Leeds from delving into this superior Persian restaurant’s dining room. We don’t judge restaurants by their covers of course, and neither should you, because the food here is something special indeed. For diners as-yet-unconverted to Persian food, Apadana is absolutely the right starting place for your culinary discovery.
Neither Huddersfield nor Leeds has much to say about the food native to Iran.
