Friendly and welcoming. We needed to move tables because the under seat heater was burning our legs. The food was good but not outstanding. Garlic naan was just a flat plain naan with garlic butter spread on top.
Not the best, food ok. This restaurant could be so much more. Atmosphere? Been there a few times still not improved. Which is a shame.
The food was delicious but the service was erratic, occasionally abrupt and VERY slow! We took an hour and a half to have 1 course.
Very good food, a little slow in appearing. Staff appeared keen to please but inexperienced, and the occasional smile would help! Good value for money.
Fabulous food and great service . Appreciated our server recommending new dishes and even a different rice. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will soon be back.
Food good but poor service and the poor atmosphere let it down it was not busy but had to speak to manager for another pint manager shouting at staff very unpleasant
We all really enjoyed our visit to the Ashoka shak. The staff were very welcoming and the food was delivered quickly and was very tasty. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you.
Lovely quick service staff were friendly that's my 3rd visit and wasn't disappointed highly recommend it. Lunch time was just as good as dinner time.
This is our second visit to the Ashoka in Dundee and it didn't disappoint the food is delicious and some different things on the menu I had lamb shank in delicious medium hot sauce. If you are going to the cinema but for tokens first Mon - Fri you get one main course half price
