About Avatar

Serving some of Shrewsbury’s biggest South Asian flavours, Avatar is a restaurant that settles for nothing less than excellence. With a menu packed with authentic Nepalese and Indian specialities created using fresh local produce, high-quality imported ingredients and time-honoured cooking traditions, chef and owner Susant Khatri places great importance on creating wholesome, all-natural food that’s as delicious as it is healthy. You’ll find Avatar on Mardol right in the heart of the town centre – we recommend booking ahead to secure a table at this popular Indian and Nepalese restaurant.

The food is amazing so is the presentation, the staff are very friendly and attentive, the service is second to none, definitely recommended as more of an up market curry house.
