Babas Bistro

The location is good to watch the world go by. The food was lovely, especially the desserts. Our kids can be fussy with vanilla ice cream in different restaurants but when the waiter brought over the choice of toppings for it their eyes lit up and they both finished in super quick time, wanting more! The staff were so friendly especially to our children and we'll definitely be back.

A lovely evening in Babas Bistro. It was Hogmanay and the restaurant was very busy but the food and service was excellent. There was a really good choice of dishes and the food was tasty and well presented. Fizz and canapés were a nice touch.

Lovely restaurant, meal was very tasty & relaxing atmosphere, food was very well presented on all 3 courses, the little extra with handmade short bread with coffee & pieces of gingerbread with your bill was very nice.

Excellent food and excellent service. Would highly recommend to anyone. Kids meals looked good and also the kids desserts which came with sauce and toppings. Definitely a place I will eat again in the near future.

Great service, lovely food and a very good value Festive Menu. Good value wine list too. Only downside is the restaurant was a little bit chilly!

Good food and reasonably priced.Nice laid back atmosphere and friendly service with regular menu changes. Christmas menu is very good value with welcome touches including mulled wine and hand made chocolates.

Food was outstanding and the pina coladas were out of this world. Excellent service, will definitely be back. We had the festive menu with a glass of mulled wine.

fabulous fresh food,, great service , gets better every time changed the biking 3 times in 24 hours but was accommodated with pleasure and patience.

Lovely meal, nice staff and I'd go back again. Well worth the cost! Easy to park close by in the evenings and food dishes were a bit different but very tasty!

Excellent food, excellent service, we ate early as we had our Grandchildren with us, the children's menu has obviously been put together by Parents who know exactly what children really want to eat, their children's dessert are a lovely surprise too. In short a fabulous restaurant , exactly what the town has been needing .

Quick visit for lunch was very nice. Look forward to returning again. A few more lunch type dishes would be great. I'm not keen on fish and all specials with exception of a steak were fish. Lovely restaurant and will be back soon.

Lovely food, well seasoned and presented and different from the other food offers in the area which was refreshing. Chose from the set menu which was very reasonably priced. Comfortable, city bistro feel in a small town.

Nice quiet little place in the center of town. Fantastic menu and a great specials board full of fresh fish. The service was good and the food was cooked to perfection. Good value for money and we'll definitely be back.

Delicious freshly prepared food. I had the aubergine stack which exceeded expectations. Service is friendly but not intrusive. Happy to recommend this lovely restaraunt in kirkcaldy

Had a great meal with friendly efficient service. Lovely to go to a fish restaurant in this area and experience some fresh wonderfully cooked food.

Really nice food and polite engaging staff. No rush, no fuss. We had adults, two small kids and a baby and service was just right.

Best restaurant in Kirkcaldy with willing service and an awareness of their ambition to keep standards up. Lovely colours, textures but, most importantly, lovely flavours.
