Given the current climate surrounding COVID-19, many authorities are placing restrictions on social gatherings. In the best interest of everyone’s safety, we are continuously updating the availability of our partner restaurants to reflect these measures. To enjoy Malaysian-style Chinese cuisine in Glasgow, there’s only one place to go: Banana Leaf. Well actually, there is two places to go as this institution is so popular that it has branched out, with a couple of restaurants in the city. Located on Cambridge Street, close to Cowcaddens subway station and stylishly decorated with palm leaf print wallpaper and chic furnishings, Banana Leaf’s city centre branch provided the perfect backdrop to a romantic date or a special evening out with friends. The menu changes every month, keeping the city’s foodies coming back for more and more, but expect to find a large array of authentic starters, main and sides, with plenty of options for meat and seafood lovers as well as vegetarians.
