Food and service fabulous as always! We went for my sons 12th birthday and all of us enjoyed our meals and some of each other’s!

Very welcoming, good food. One of the party wasn’t so keen on the large pepper chunks in the balti but overall a really nice place.

Lovely ambiance very comfortable, excellent and friendly service, extensive menu and most importantly delightfully tasty food. What more could you ask for? Also very accommodating having booked at relatively short notice having had to cancel previous date due to recent adverse weather conditions.

This could easily be 4-5 stars but purely based on customer service it's now one as there's no option to put zero. I took 12 friends for our Christmas meal at the restaurant last week, myself and my fiance had the same meal and it was bland and boring, I have had curry sauce from the chip shop with more flavor. It was a shame because we had really enjoyed our starters and after waiting 40 minutes for the main we were really hungry. However, we couldn't eat it and the restaurant refused to take both off the bill as they said we did not complain quick enough so would only take one off. We had been having a really nice evening and was even given complementary baileys for Christmas so it was such a bad end to a wonderful night with friends. I do not appreciate been told what I am saying is not true. For the sake of £8 they would rather upset 13 people who had spent over £400 together. Not the kind of customer service I'd expect, and we will not be returning.

We visited Bangla Lounge with our daughter just as the restaurant had opened for the Sunday evening service. I must say that it was a very good experience. The quality of the food was very good and the attentive service just enhanced our enjoyment of the evening

We have eaten here several times and normally service is just right But on this occasion it was very slow. Food was delicious as always.

Food was extremely good but had to wait too long in between courses. Have found this is also the case for takeaway food in the past.....just plan ahead because the food is worth it!

Food was good as was the service. Let down by the beer pipes needing a clean - you don't want to see a load of gunge in the bottom of your glass

Food was lovely, nice family meal out. Wanted to change where we sat and they didn't seem pleased and waited a while for bill afterwards. Overall would probably go again.

Excellent as always. Went with parents who had never been before and they thoroughly enjoyed it.... Only criticism would be slow on serving drinks. Great value for money.

Great restaurant, amazing food! Just to note for first timers, it’s not an Indian restaurant where you can bring your own drinks. Other than that the service is great and everything reasonably priced.

The staff are pleasant and attentive. The food was excellent , reasonably priced and arrived piping hot . The restaurant was busy when we arrived so there was a little wait for the meal , but nothing untoward. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Hi yes been going to the Bangla for years and we has a family and friends have never had a bad meal. The saff and manegment are 1st class and atmosphere is brilliant. So Happy Days 👍

had the tandoori mixed grill which came with naan. prawn was sensational. others shared the lamb naga and enjoyed too. 3 poppadoms 4 pints a coke rice 2 naabs and 2 mains 37 quid and did 3 people easily

We had the Sunday buffet. The choice & quality of the food was excellent. Lovely food with helpful & friendly staff. We will definitely return soon.

Haven't been for a while and was surprised and pleased that the service and food is good as ever.the only let down was a large party that came in already been drinking and were very loud

Sorry but it was tasteless, cheap ingredients used. Service was prompt and friendly. A jalfrezi is normally good a most placed but perhaps I chose the wrong curry.
