The food and drinks were lovely but the service is so slow, there were 8 people eating and we still had to wait ages for the food!

Very quick service, value for money and good food, would visit again!

The quiz screeching through microphone so loud and constant loud music ruined our evening. we went home for coffee as soon as we cold rather than have another lovely cocktail

Great visit overall. Bug bears .....table always being wet and sticky when having cocktails..... this happens every time and it’s a pain. Had to go and pinch some blue roll. Prob due to overfilling drinks with ice. Could do wit beer mats or similar. Air con was either up or down.....went from too hot to too cold, didn't seem to find a mid point. Our server Sophie was a sweetie.....lovely girl, very helpful, just chatty enough and always smiley 😆

I go to banyan regularly - for casual meals, dates and parties and it’s never let me down. The service is prompt and the wait is decent and the atmosphere is lovely. Highly recommend !

The booking was for a 30th Birthday celebration lunch which we pre-booked and pre-ordered food for. Every meal apart from the individual who's Birthday it was was noted down so we ended up having to wait for that meal to be cooked. The service from the waitress was absolutely shocking, she had an extremely bad attitude towards us from the get-go and acted like everything she did for us was of a nuisance to her. She visibly rolled her eyes at us on two separate occasions when we asked politely for cutlery and sauces, and quite sarcastically asked if there was anything else she could get us. The manager on the other hand was fantastic in her treatment of us when she realized an order was missing and we really appreciated her going out of her way to rectify this and her kind offer of two free drinks. Overall the food and manager were fantastic but the waiting staff are in dire need of a lesson in customer service!!

The service was excellent. We were looked after by several young ladies. All were polite and friendly. Food was delicious. We were made to feel very welcome.

Lovely staff & a nice open feel to the place. Friends had recommended chicken burger, it comes with red cabbage coleslaw & a piece of beef tomato & a piece of lettuce, the chicken was fresh cooked in a batter, Enjoyed the chicken, would have been really lovely with a nice side salad to take away the dryness for those who don’t like/ use the gravy that accompanies the meal.

The food was delicious,but the service was terrible we had no idea who our waitress was and kept having to go and find someone when we wanted to see the desert menu, more drinks etc

Good food got Rest service but very noisy at the top end in the booths. Think we will try and sit nearer the bar next time.
