Slow smoked for 16 hours, sliced & served in a BBQ glaze. Served with seasoned french fries, slaw & baked bread roll.
Smoked Chicken
Slow smoked chicken (breast or thigh). Served with seasoned french fries, slaw & baked bread roll.
Mississippi Prawns
Lightly seasoned pan fried shell on king prawns, served with a dressed side salad, bread roll & seasoned french fries.

2 x 110g Beef patties, lettuce, tomato, red onion & mayo.
The Big Pig
14 hour hickory smoked pork, topped with BBQ slaw smoked apple slices & Bare Grills BBQ sauce.
Chilli Cheese Burger
2 x 110g beef patties, topped with melted cheese & homemade chilli in an onion ring
Veggie Burger
2 x 120g crisp crumb patties stuffed full of carrot, onion, peas & sweetcorn on a bed of lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red onion & mayo.
