Great cocktails and atmosphere Very helpful and very friendly staff

A small club in a secluded area of London w/ a bunch of people who looked like they just got off work. Not really a vibe for younger people who are student ages.

I booked through you guys got a reference turned up only to be told theres a private party and we can't go in. You guys need to communicate with them it was a friends birthday really disappointed will never go back bouncer at the door was super rude and aggressive.

Awful. Drinks were dire. Service bad - 7 staff in. We were one of two groups in the place. Took 15 mins to get order placed. And repeated requests to turn down music - so loud from night before server could not hear order - were ignored then finally paid lip service to. Tables not properly cleaned from previous night. Left having bought 2 drinks and barely touched them. Such as shame - has makings of a good tiki spot re decor. Sort the drinks and the music (Back Street Boys for a Tiki bar?)
