Great food and atmosphere and great menu choices. So good we are going back for a second time before we leave from our short stay in Edinburgh. Would highly recommend you give this a try.

The food here is lovely. The only niggle was that I had called in advance to check that they would have gluten free pitta bread in for a coeliac friend. I was assured on the phone they would but was told flatly at the table they didn't do that. Now, as I've been before I know that they do if asked so that's just naughty. As a loyal customer I was disappointed in them for that.

Excellent meal achieved through a selection of starters to share. Tastes and flavours reminded of the best we had in the Middle East when we lived there. Prompt and friendly service pre-theatre. Have been before and will certainly be back!

Nice ambience- pleasant friendly staff, delicious lamb :) particularly good for a pre-meal for the Festival Theatre, as the service was quite quick -we allowed an hour and is was quite comfortable to eat a relaxed 2-course meal.

A lovely restaurant, a treat from the usual. We all enjoyed the delicious flavours. We had good service, and forgot it was byob. It did not matter as were so relaxed.

A delicious meal, particularly the lamb ribs, meatballs and rice. The service was also excellent. The option of bringing your own bottle is also most advantageous.

Great food and staff. The food comes quite fast and the special coffee is the perfect end. Second time visiting and will definitely return again.
