Food was ok. Plenty of choice on the buffet. Was told meat could be cooked for own personal taste, but on asking multiple times was only offered well done once for my daughter. Paid the bill but after paying and thinking the bill sounded too much we discovered that we were overcharged by x1 adult meal which was refunded with no problem.

Food was fantastic and excellent service and plenty drinks to choose from. We will be going back

Friendly and attentive staff, and the food is great! Every time you flip the green they will come to you and give you the meat or what ever you ask for ❤️ We celebrated my husband’s birthday, and they even sang a happy birthday song for him—led by a Filipino guy—and gave us a slice of chocolate cake. It was an amazing dinner 😊❤️

Usually love going here as the food is delicious and the staff are very attentive. Sadly, this was not the case. The server offered meat to the customers at the table next to us and then walked away and ignored us on several occasions. When asked for meat well done it came cremated and was inedible. The menu states there is Ribeye, Fillet and steak with cheese. We were not offered any of these and had to ask. We were waiting so long for the beef with cheese we had finished eating! I did raise these issues with the manager and our bill was reduced which was a nice gesture. However, the apology from the person I raised the concern with felt very insincere. Such a shame.

The food was with no salt at all. I was waiting something more for 43£ per person. Even dessert needed to pay additional. No strawberry ice cream for kids. Salad bar was not good

Food was great. Service was ok. Only problem is there menu had gone up by an extra £6 per person and kids a £1. On there website, It's say £26 for adults and £12 for kids, when we got there and had the food it was £32 each and £13 for kids.

We booked after seeing a review on tiktok. It was a couple of hours to travel there and back, but wow, it was fabulous. Enjoyed every mouthful. Thank you for the experience

First time eating at beleza for me and my partner, definitely won't be the last!! Food was absolutely amazing, the meat cooked to perfection and the flavours where just mouth watering, different way of all you can eat but it works really well with fresh meat all the time. We have been to Beleza multiple times now and it has always been beautiful. However, last night we attended and were not as impressed as usual. We were offered a very limited amount of meat in the time we were dining, the steaks we were offered were fatty and chewy, the garlic steak is usually my favourite and I chose not to eat it due to it being over cooked and dry. The salad bar and garlic bread is absolutely exceptional I must say! Just on this occasion the meat really let us down. We probably will dine again, as this is our first bad experience there.
