5 stars excellent food, atmosphere and service. Would recommend to all

We visited on a Saturday night. The beef was amazing, all cuts, and the servers were great in selecting the meat which was cooked to my liking. However, I had been very much looking forward to the honeyed pork, lamb and chicken wings, which had been highly praised by a number of those in my group, who had eaten with you previously. We were not offered lamb, or chicken, and only offered the honeyed pork once. So although the beef was amazing, I didn't experience the variety of meats I was expecting to. The salad bar was great, and had a good variety of dishes on offer. I especially liked the fact that everything was labelled as I have a mussel allergy and a dairy intollerance, but I still managed to eat a lot of what was on offer. The cinnamon pineapple was gorgeous, but it might have been nice to have been able to have had other options too, such as caramelised bananas or Brigadeiro. Altogether a lovely meal in a fun and vibrant restaurant.

Food: The salad bar was absolutely fantastic, so much variety and everything I tried was great, especially the salad with walnuts. Drinks were served quickly and staff regularly came and asked if we wanted more - much better than having to try and get someone's attention the whole meal for a top up. The meat itself was good variety, able to have anything from rare to well done with a choice of cuts as well as carb options coming round (onion rings/garlic bread/chips). The pork and lamb in particular were very nice. The pineapple with cinnamon sugar was a nice and light way to end the meal. Service: The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much to ask, we were checked on regularly for if there was anything we needed/what we thought to the food. The manager on shift checked on us too and was so polite. He also explained the service charge on the bill and stressed that it was optional, we chose to pay it because we had intended on tipping anyway.

Absolutely brilliant place! Food was delicious, lots of choice and all fresh and cooked exactly to our liking. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and looks lovely. The staff though are next level! All so friendly and treat you like royalty! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

We had the pleasure of Arthur, he was absolutely amazing! Really lovely to speak too aswel. He made our experience the best!! We will be back! Also the female on the front desk and the owner/manager I’m guessing were just as tolerant! All the staff were lovely and really made sure me and my partner were okay at all times! Amazing fresh food, lovely staff. Loved it and would go again

We've been here multiple times, we know the food is beautiful and the staff are great. We visited for my birthday, overall the staff were lovely (when we saw them), the food we managed to get was very tasty. However we were seated in a small upper section next to a very large party, despite there being plenty of other tables in the restaurant available. As that party seemed to be coming closer to the end of their evening, the staff seemed to be going to their table with food often, but skipping us? We got a few options come to our table, but once that family left, we barely got anything come to us. We spent a lot of our time sat waiting. Then a manager came to our table asking us if we had any final requests, we told him we had barely had much service and were waiting for half of the other options on the menu. Even when we told him specific choices we wanted, only 2 came over. So we gave up and left as we'd already been sat for two hours. Disappointing to say the least when you are paying £36 each, and we know how good it can be.

The best service by the best waiters! All very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Gave very big portions of meat. Doesn’t compare to the poor service at a similar chain of restaurants. Will definitely come back

I booked for my husband who is a meat lover. I got the vegetarian option and it was really filling and had a lot more option than I expected. We both came away absolutely stuffed, will definitely come again!

The guys carving the meat kept walking by our table without stopping… we had to ask for meat which we shouldn't of had to .. The table next to us was getting all the attention .. quite bad really We won’t be returning.. the price was absolutely ridiculous and to put the service charge on when we did t get good service was a joke sorry

1 st time at Beleza, greeted by very friendly staff who briefed us on the ordering. The food was exceptional with lots of choices from the salad bar to go with the meats that was available we left with a full stomach and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of going, the staff was attentive and polite throughout the meal.

Came for the food, stayed for the atmos, wanted to stay longer for those cuts of meat... So good.
