About The Bell Inn - Little Addington

Dear diners, if you are making a reservation for more than six people, please contact the restaurant directly.

Little Addington has one over Great Addington, its rival just to the north, by being home to The Bell Inn, a restaurant and pub tucked away in a Northamptonshire spot of outstanding beauty. The menu’s not half bad either, offering a range of international cuisines under the fresh proprietorship of owners Nela and Radu. Sunday sees a traditional British carvery, and there’s afternoon tea offered regularly, but you can also catch this High Street kitchen cooking up themed nights – Italian, Danish, classic BBQ and more – so be sure to check in regularly. Well worth the short drive up from Wellingborough and down from Kettering, The Bell Inn also has a great value lunchtime buffet and a range of wines, beer and spirits.

As usual The Bell at Little Addington has come up trumps. It’s the most welcoming place you can imagine and the food is always outstanding 😎

Superb food. Staff very attentive without being overbearing. A gem of a restaurant in a lovely village setting. We'll definitely be going back there again

Return visit, this time with more family and an enjoyable evening for all. Service, presentation and food was all high standard. 6 starters/6 mains/5 desserts. Only criticism all night was a poached egg on one of the starters was not runny. Someone else did have the same and their egg was poached perfectly however. Aside from this all other meals were perfect, tasted great and portion size spot on. Will return again soon. *surprised how quiet the restaurant was while we were there. For me this is a hidden gem of a pub not enough people in the surrounding area seem to know about.

Made very welcome, on arrival, the Bell is no more than twenty minuets from where we live , I booked a a table for Two for Affternoon " High tea " for a surprise birthday present for my wife . We were both inprested with the excelant service, the food was really well prepared and more than enough for the two of us ,. a really nice touch was that the chef took the time to come and explained the contents of the beautiful pastries. It was a nice afternoon in a well run establishment . Will defiantly go again for a meal from a great looking menu., must also mention how impressed i was with cleanliness of the venue .

We were escorted straight away to our table, which was very nice. Ample space for 6 adults. Staff were extremely attentive with our orders for drinks. Gloves on removing glassware for the table. Food excellent, was accommodated being gluten free with the chef making special Yorkshire for me. I can’t fault the place one iota - a fabulous lunch for my family & Mother. I would recommend the place to anyone, brilliant on all fronts. Haven’t been there for years but will be back very soon. Lovely food & staff are a credit to the business, they’ll all bring return customers. Thank you for a great Sunday lunch 😊

Set in the quaint village surroundings you find a picture postcard pub. Once inside your greeted like the favourite aunt you don't see that often (we all have one I'm sure). The atmosphere, food, drink and staff are all as equally fabulous as the next. On initial sight of prices I thought the Bell was very reasonable then once the food was presented at my table, the portions told me the price was more than reasonable though. For a quick bite, a romantic meal or a Sunday carvery, you'll be hard pressed to find a better establishment.

Excellent service, food of a very high quality and lots of it. The restaurant area had a pleasant atmosphere that was roomy and busy but not too noisy. Everything was scrupulously clean. We arrived earlier than our late-in-the afternoon booking time for a Sunday carvery meal, but were immediately given a table and served by friendly and very polite staff. Will definitely go back again and recommend it to others.

The food was exceptional and the service was impeccable. Not cheap but well worth the cost. The only negative was there were no other diners in the dining room. There were a few people in the bar area eating though. Also I feel it could do with new decor as a bit dated. Will definitely return and recommend to my friends.

Went on mother’s day and I can honestly say it’s the best carvery I’ve ever had, lots of dishes and so tasty! You also get so much meat and could go back for unlimited food, but was so full only managed 1 plate! It was a bit expensive but most probably due to Mother’s Day. Will definitely go back. Yum 😋
