We arrived with a table booked for four and last minute we needed to add another setting. Nothing was a trouble. Good was gorgeous. The spinach and ricotta lasagne was a hit. Our gent ensured we were well looked after and we chatted away to near closing time, even with this we were offered another drink and told not to worry about time. 10/10!

Another lovely meal. Ordered both dishes off the specials. Halloumi fries starter was fresh and bursting with flavour through the sauce. Chicken main with crispy goats cheese and mushrooms was a sublime choice. Staff great and atmosphere excellent.

It was very quiet just after New Year but it was good to be able to enjoy a meal in peace.

Sunday lunch is good value. It would be nice if there was a more varied choice of meat for regular customers....lamb, gammon?

Pizzas amazing, pasta carbonara lovely, but huge! The waiter advised a half portion in future. Potatoe skins went down a treat. The calamari starter let the food down. Like rubber & tasteless. It was like something from a cheap frozen food shop. The staff were attentive & pleasant.

This week we chose the specials menu and the chicken dish was delicious. We waited a long time but it was definitely freshly made and worth the wait.

The steaks were cooked to perfection, one rare and the other very well done as requested all served with a choice of chips and vegetables. Good value for what we received.
