Great food as per usual. The best Italian in Sunderland with super staff.

The food is delicious and the service is always great.

We had fish with a rocket salad which was excellent followed by tiramisu most enjoyable

I used to think that this place was the best italian resturant in the area but on the last visit i was left a little frustrated. On all other occasions bread was offered at the start of the meal, this wouldn't have been an issue but it was also missed off one of the starters. My cutlery had left over food welded to it and only received clean cutlery on the 4th attempt as they were all contaminated with food. The same happened with an extra plate that we asked for. This is not a jibe at the staff as they are all very attentive and polite but more attention needs to be taken with the basics.

We are regulars here for good reason. It's always excellent food and the staff are always helpful and friendly

Been coming here since it opened and it’s still my favourite Italian restaurant! Came with a friend who had never been, as a treat because I go back down to Manchester soon, and was such a perfect night to end my summer here. Can’t thank the servers enough, so polite and friendly. Also the food was amazing and arrived very quickly, we were only there for 58 minutes! 🤣 wish we could’ve stayed longer to sit in the bar for a bit but unfortunately had to get back home. Can’t wait to visit again at Christmas! X
