The food is average burger van level but the music is great . They need to work on the service to be more like a proper diner and put some flavour into the burger to stand out from the norm

Popped in for a lunch burger and went with the chicken burger, burger was ok nothing special but the service is the thing that could be better it was not busy but still took 20min to get soft drink that comes from a soda machine !!

Took a late lunch here and went with a chicken burger which was ok nothing special so would not recommend the more expensive options on menu

I tried the chicken burger and it was ok much the same as you would get from the fast food restaurants near by. The only bonus is the music is really good so makes the wait and you will wait enjoyable

Service was pleasant but slow only ordered a small burger and a soft drink took 40 mins for burger to come which was no different to a local takeaway standard and had a half before I had to ask where my drink was !! Although the waiter apologies the response of had a lot of orders at same time seemed at odds with there was only 5 people in the restaurant !!

This was my second trip this time with family, poor service even when only couple of tables we're booked with guests...waited for order to be taken, I had to go to the till to ask if I can order my food or if she will come to table? Waited another 15-20 mins for our drinks to arrive, easily could have walked out. Not ideal when with family and on a special occasion.. when food arrived it was really really good and the family enjoyed the food immensely...chilli chips and the tasty burgers!! Frappe' was lovely too...please sort out the service as this would be the only mark against a great place to eat and come for the family and friends....6/7 out 10😐

the wings were typical British style small in size not like their American cousins. The burger was ok, the beef was over seasoned to maybe make up for lack of flavour from the meat. Prices where ok but again in line with others in the city

I felt the service was slow and given it was not overly busy it should not have been a problem. The food did not live up to the menu description the wings were small more British than American diner standard and the burger was average. Given you pass a few other burger restraints to get to this one it need to do more to stand out from the crowd.
