Food looked good but didn't seem to have any flavour. Shame because we have been before and it's was packed full of flavour. Maybe diff chef as it was a Friday night. Service was lacking a little, No one checked how the food was or if we were ok. Only came to our table when placing the plates down. We were 10 mins early and told to stand at the non existing bar even though there was no one at our table. Bit of a disappointment really

Beautiful food and good service. Will definitely return .Price wise it was a little expensive and because there is no beer on draft, we found the bottled beer made the bill higher than expected, but overall we enjoyed it. Tried the ox cheek which was delicious!

This place is great ! Service is fab and the food is great :-) ! I would really reccommend going ! Try the chorizo and black pudding amazing !!!

Gorgeous food, modern, friendly atmosphere. Have been quite a few times with friends and family. My favorite restaurant in Liverpool. So glad you can book tables now instead of just turning up and waiting. Will most definitely be returning - soon I hope!

Great food and friendly staff. Our lovely waitress gave us a helpful recommendation on our choice of wine and one of the dishes too. Would highly recommend.

Really nice meal,good choice for gluten free options .staff were helpful and knowledgeable.Go regularly and have not been dicsappointed.Good value for money ,cant wait to go again

The quality of the food has gradually deteriorated but the staff are well trained and friendly but I don't visit as often as I did due to food.

We eat here regularly and it never disappoints. Food is fabulous, as is the service. There is always a great atmosphere. We would happily eat here every day!!!

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Quite large portions for tapas so we ordered too much but it was all very good. Excellent wine although we only tried one from the Navarra region. Maybe the music was a tad loud but not too bothered.

Lovely food and vibe but I thought drinks really expensive - £10 for two soft drinks and a water is pretty steep by any standards.

Never disappointed. Great food friendly helpful staff. The only downside is they only serve bottled beer and for my husband who doesn't drink wine it makes £8.00 a pint a expensive night !!!

The new decor was tastefully done. The staff were very friendly and informative. The food and service were excellent. The new on-line reservation system makes visiting the restaurant so much easier. Would definitely recommend a visit - you won't be disappointed.

My wife and I had a very enjoyable early evening meal and a bottle of wine. There is a wide range of tapas and a lovely atmosphere.

Easy to book a table. Seated straight away. Able to order quickly from knowledgable staff. Food came out when ready so was hot. Very nice!

Another excellent meal at Neon Jamon. Lots of choice on the menu, even for vegetarians. The best thing about this place though is the staff. They are all so welcoming and friendly.

Great place - we booked and we had to change it for half an hour later & they were so helpful & we had a great seat! Food was delicious & service was great - first class! Will be back, gracias!

What's not to like? Delicious food and great wine selection. Sourdough mushrooms a personal favourite. Amazing knowledgeable staff but best of all....now you can book! Hurrah!

Food was way too salty and not very tasty. The waiter spent his time chatting with other customers rather than doing his job and the service was quite long. I had already been there and had a great experience but this time really pute off. Won't come back again

I am a regular customer at Neon Jamon, not only is the food amazing but they have the most friendliest staff I've ever had in any restaurant!! If your going make sure you get the chorizo and moricilla plate, gambas and patatas bravas! Now what's even better, you can book a table which is brilliant, in the past it was always devestating being turned away! Luke

Great atmosphere with great background music. Good selection of wine. Great tapas - Iberico ham and hake are great ! Friendly staff make this place a favourite of mine.

A lovely chilled out evening...amazing food & good music...only criticism waiter seemed in a rush for us to finish up even though other people were still dining.

Visited for 2nd time with friends who have not been before & they were very impressed with food & wine... Tierra Fuerte Graciano from Mentrida region of Spain was very good.

Had a great meal here, service was excellent specially from Philip. Would recommend the croquettes, sea bass and gambas pil pil. The sangria is fab too

Fantastic food, fantastic service as per usual. This is my third visit this year. You really do have to book to get in - my booking was for 1800 on Sunday and all those who just turned up looking for a table were sorely disappointed as they were booked up all night! This in itself tells you something! Have also tried their City Centre venue which is not a patch on this one - if you have tried Berry street and weren't too keen, definitely give this one a try - much better. Best tapas my husband has had and we have eaten a lot of tapas both here and abroad.

Being able to book a reservation is so much more convenient than just turning up hoping for a table. Food excellent as usual. Thank you!

First time I have been to Neon Jamone and been able to book a table, which was great. Lovely food and decent sized tapa portions. Only negative is that I would have liked a chicken dish, I'm sure I've had chicken on previous visits, l none on the menu this time however, survived without it. Very nice cava sangria too.

Service was good mostly but we were kept waiting far too long for our dessert. We cancelled it in the end after about 20 minutes wait and after being told 10 minutes previously that they were ready and on the way. The restaurant did however give us a carryout dessert too take home FOC. This was appreciated by us both. Overall a good experience but service slow on occasions.

Fantastic restaurant, food was amazing with nice refreshing drinks. We will be going back again and mentioning it to everyone we know to give it a try.

First time we'd booked here - easy process, no issues with booking. Table ready upon arrival. We're locals at this restaurant but we took relatives from out of town for their first visit and they loved it too! They particularly enoyed the Iberico Bellota ham (our favourite one) and the Catalan Hake, excellent service from very friendly waiters and waitresses. Highly recommended.

1st time visiting here after friends recommended good food, good service the ribs were to die for will be going again soon and Nutella cheesecake mmmm
