Food was very nice. However service was not so good. Food arrived at different times 20 minute wait from dish number 1 then 4 came at once then waited another ten minutes for the remainder. Staff very pleasent , tip included in bill. Inoppropriate based on timings

Love Neon Jamon food and service always excellent. Specials were really good to ox cheek peppers and the pressed potato should be on the main menu.

As always great ambience, great food, great service. Cannot fault the food, portion sizes are really generous, and the tastes wow what can I say, like my taste buds having a party in my mouth. The staff are quick, courteous, efficient and helpful too, they make time to answer any questions you may have. Just an overall pleasant experience from start to finish.

Been many a time to Neon, but after a bit of a rubbish day we got ourselves ready for a family meal, and it was honestly one of the best we’ve eaten. The service was also impeccable, up there with the best. The Catalan potatoes with manchego sauce were unreal 🥰. Thank you for a beautiful night as always Neon crew, filled our belly’s and hearts with tapas happiness xxx

Good staff, poor food! Service was not an issue, greasy food, dry bread and lack of taste. Can only say the prawns in garlic were good, but the bread was over heated and hard!!!

Food was amazing as ever!! Need a curtain across the doorway though, freezing every time the door opened or one of the doors was left open, plus menus and napkins blowing off tables. Wouldn’t stop me coming back as food is fab.

Fantastic as always. Favourite place for tapas in Liverpool. I always have the hake because it is so fresh and delicious, prawns with shells on fab too. Muy bien Neon Jamon.
