Party of four who all enjoyed our meal. Food and service very good

Some of the best food I’ve ever had, the meat platters and starters were exceptional!

Took ages to get menus They brought dips but no bread Tbh the meat wasnt very good on the platter. A few small cubes of lamb shish. The ribs were nearly all sinew. The meal was 160 for 3 2 bottles of wine but very expensive for what there was The salad was lovely

Love the place and food, but service could be improved in terms of attention (we never got a toothpick we asked for, we never got water we asked at the beginning and had to ask again at the end of our meal)

The evening started with a Delay in being met at the door to find a seat, the staff seemed confused what tables were available. No menus available on the table, We only received one of the two starters ordered, and we had to remind staff we ordered 2 starters. No water offered. We had then to wait 1 hour for main course. We were told that Cocktails were not available yet other guest were having cocktails. Ourselves and two neighbouring tables raised complaints and asked to see the manager, but the manager was not available. We were told repeatedly that the delays and confusion were caused because they had to recruit agency staff as a last minute move to cover absenteeism’s in regular staff.

Nice comfortable restaurant but the food was over priced. £23 for a mese plate with no dolma and £22 for 8-9 little cubes of lamb. Wait staff were very nice.

Clean and pretty place but the service was a bit off. Not welcoming. Staff were standing around chatting amongst themselves while we ate, it was off putting.

We came to celebrate my husbands birthday, great service, food was outstanding as always, and wine was very nice.

There was already quite a nice atmosphere when we arrived. The menu was interesting and reasonably priced. We started with warm hummus with small pieces of lamb -delicious - and spicy sausage, also delicious and the bread that came with the starters was excellent. For main courses we chose the mixed grill kebab and the lamb chops. The chops were beautifully spiced. The mixed grill was huge: enough for two people, and very tasty chicken and lamb. We had the surprisingly reasonably priced Turkish red wine: very drinkable. We didn’t have room for dessert! Service was friendly, fast and efficient. The bill was £100 including service. If I had a criticism, it would be that the portions were too big, so the plates were overcrowded and we couldn’t manage dessert. But a really good local restaurant.

My only small criticism is that the restaurant was very cold and we got progressively colder the longer we sat there. There weren’t many other diners at the time to warm it up and I ended up putting my coat back on.

They seemed to be understaffed, it wasn't that busy but we still had to wait quite a bit to be served. Compared to our previous visit which was great, this one was a let down. The food was nice, but they keep forgetting parts of our order. Overall, a bit disappointed
