Met up with some friends that I only see about twice a year and we couldn’t have chosen anywhere better to meet

Good easy professional service Left to talk uninterrupted with no pressure to move on As usual clear menu with good choice for a simple lunch Thank you

Didn’t know the French brothers did not own the restaurant anymore soup was awful like water and I thought chicken supreme was a white sauce dish not in a bowl of tomato sauce will not be going again

For the price of the mains- duck and lamb we were disappointed. I had the duck and felt the dish was dry and we both felt the same about the shared vegetables- almost like they had been sat out for a while.

As always good, was some problem with the gas .we were notified and only an approx 15 min delay thst was fine

Food is always lovely and the offers are great value for.money. didn't enjoy food as much on this visit but that's due to the choices I made not the quality of the food.

Pre theatre meal was excellent value for money. Served quickly .

The cuisine is traditional rather than modern and the food well cooked. While ostensibly French, the menu is geared for the English market.

Been here before food and staff nice only complaint on my last visit was that my skeak I ordered wasnt hot enough when it arrived at table I like my food hot so was a bit disappointed

I always enjoy my visits to the Bistros. Staff are lovely and so is the food.

We had pre theatre menu, the hazelnut Brie starter was amazing and the sea bass fantastic, friends had the risotto which wasn’t as good but we had a good time and definitely value for money

I have visited Bistro Franc on numerous occasion and always found it superb, great value for money. However, on this visit i experienced just how fantastic the staff ( in particular John) who helped me when i collapsed. He was very professional in dealing with my situation. Nice decor and a lovely, relaxed ambiance. Great choice on menu, delicious food and incredible value. We opted for 2 courses from the pre theatre menu, and it was very good. Service was very friendly and attentive. Have been many times and will certainly return.

Thoroughly enjoyed Mother’s Day at Biatro Franc. Lots of very attentive, professional, friendly staff available. Food absolutely beautiful. Attention to detail, waitress knew I was Gluten Free so provided me with gluten free crackers before my meal. Would highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again. Thank you.

We opted for the pre theatre menu. The portions were small my friend had mussels and only 4 of the shells had anything in them. The restaurant was not busy but the service was slow. I have eaten here numerous times before when it was perfect unfortunately this time it did not live up to previous experiences

Very quiet Tuesday lunchtime. Fish cakes very tasty, best starter we have had here. Risotto also good. Staff very attentive.

We have visited Bistro Franc a number of times before, sadly on this occasion we were a bit disappointed. The food is good value yet on this occasion was served just warm enough to eat, service was inadequate and the restaurant wasn’t overly busy, we certainly will not be returning in the near future.

Excellent visit. Great food, great service. we were pushed for time but the staff were brilliant - very attentive, but not overly so. Great value!

Early mothers day treat, lovely staff, very reasonably price and nice food & wine. Mum loved it and we all had a great time :)

Food was ok . The pate was different than usual not very good like a mouse. the fruit crumble didnt have any crumble at all.

We often get together for a meal and a chat. We love Bistro Franc as the food isn nice And the atmosphere is lovely but most of all the prices are just fine for us retired ladies

We had the set 3 course lunch menu which had a good choice of starters mains and deserts. The tuna starter was particularly nice. Overall value for money was excellent as was the service.
