Vibes were off from the moment we got there. We made a booking for two online for Valentine’s Day, turned up and they seated us at a small corner table, they had flower petals on the reserved tables so we informed them that we made a booking online and they stated that their online system is broken and we were meant to call. We tried to ask for better seats but they told us that was the only table that was available without a booking (again we booked online). Staff almost made it seem like it was our fault that we didn’t know their system was down. Security guard then told us we can sit at a table next to us which was a lot bigger, however when the waitress came she asked us if we could move back to the corner table. Later in the evening we saw people come that had no reservations and were seated at the tables with the flower petals. We ordered hummus and prawns for starters and we were shocked to find out you only get 4 prawns for £11. We also got drinks which were okay around £12 each. Shisha was decent, the price was around £35. Overall we paid £80 for two starters, two drinks and Shisha. Save to say after the Shisha we went to Central London and got a meal that was way worth the price. Would not recommend

A lovely place and a very good food. However the service is horrible it took forever to get the food and we had to order a drink 4/5 times before receiving it. The waiting time for being served was very long, around 20/30 min.

Think it was too noisy since they couldnt hear our order and brought the wrong items on two occasions. Food was below average, completely not worth it

The food was lovely. The staff were friendly. However, I would not return sadly due to the cigarette smoke I could smell in the restaurant from customers sitting in the outdoor area. I do not want to smell smoke whilst eating.

The food was lovely. The restaurant was nice and airy. My only criticisms are it was a bit cold at times, the waiters were not as attentive, although helpful when you got their attention. Chilli sauce wasn't very spicy. Would definitely come back.
