In terms of food there are beautifully presented gourmet British options available throughout the day. At lunch, try the Welsh rarebit or the fine fish finger sandwich, while at dinner the turn and reef consists of a 5oz rib-eye steak, lime and coriander king prawns and some irresistible crispy seaweed.
