Good. Bit disappointed that a few things wasn't on menu. Curry did lack chicken it in. Rest good

The food was excellent, freshly cooked and piping hot. We booked for 8 o clock , but there were not many customers . May have been due to the awful weather.

Went with six friends from work.Had buffet ,price gone up from last year,also menu smaller.However food really enjoyable and good service..

The overall experience was lovely. Food was delicious, and the restaurant is very pretty. But, music got a bit repetitive and annoying. Also, the man serving food wasn’t very welcoming and didn’t make eye contact.

Food lovely and still have buffet menu albeit limited. Restaurant was very cold and considering it was a Friday night it was very empty. Very annoyed that the staff failed to advise it was cash only when we come to pay the bill. Staff didn't have much customer skills

Slow service and they say they don't do prawns or chicken wings anymore on their buffet yet still listed. On the mains the dishes were full of onions and very little else.

I wasn’t told when I booked that the menu has changed; there is no longer an all-you-can-eat buffet, only an a la carte menu.

My husband and I have been to Blossom before and had better experiences than last night. Our beers were spilt when delivered which is a mistake and happens but the floor wasn't mopped so we took the initiative to move ourselves. The restaurant was uncomfortably hot and most importantly the food was not good compared to previous visits. Of all the 10 dishes ordered only one was edible which was the duck. The rest of the food was bland,unflavoured and under seasoned. Will not return,not the same value for money we expected.

Not as good as it used to be. Slow service despite not being busy (again the restaurant used to be packed). Portions were smaller than they used to be and they stopped opening at lunchtimes recently. Are Blossoms under new management?

Sorry to say it was not value for money. The food was Luke warm & not very tasty. The restaurant was very cold. Altogether not a pleasant experience. Won’t be going back any time soon.

Long wait time, manager was very rude. Raw chicken with starter. Would never return and will be telling friends and family to stay clear! The most disgraceful service I have ever received from a Manager

Can’t even begin to explain how bad the device and waitress’ attitudes were. Ended up leaving after nearly an hour without reviving our drinks or order.

Food came out cold, only half of what we asked for turned up. Customer service left a lot to be desired as staff frequently walked past the table without checking on us or asking us if there was anything else we wanted. Genuinely difficult task trying to get a servers attention for additional dishes. Shame. When they actually cook the duck properly, it's quite nice.

Lovely evening for valentines. The salt and pepper squid was delicious! The two dishes we had which weren’t very good as they hd no flavour was sesame chicken and the Kung po chicken didn’t have a lot at all.. the satay chicken stared we ordered was tasty but not very warm which was a shame. Service was friendly even though it was busy. Worth the money because of the amount we ordered but there is better value around Very cold room

The service was very slow and the food wasn't a great quality once finally received. The chicken was chewy and tough, not the blossoms i remember 2-3 years ago. This use to be my favorite restaurant but not anymore.

The food was not up to standard it came cold,too much salt and some of it burnt!The customer service was ok but the front desk lady was rude.

Have not been for 2 years nice changes have been made Food was of a great standard and so too the service will tell my friends about the changes and tell them to give it a try

Not as good as it used to be. Also very expensive now. Also very cold in the restaurant. Never seems to be busy anymore, only three tables taken on a Friday night.

Really pleased with Blossoms, there was 26 of us, all the food came together and was hot. Staff excellent and friendly. No complaints at all.

The place has gone downhill. No smile with any service, made us feel we were a trouble being there. Portions have got very small, e.g. 2 tiny ribs for 3 adults!!!! £22 each for that, no we won't go back anymore. When my Son asked for a second ice cream of one scoop, it never arrived. Hmmm. End of an era.

Brilliant customer service and excellent food , celebrating my husband's 60th birthday. We gave them a cake to bring out when we were ready, they let us decorate the table. Couldn't ask for better service

The food was good again after we’d had a lower standard meal or two. But the price has increased which is ok if you intend to eat loads!!

Fantastic food great atmosphere! Always come here for a girly night, love the booths, as it’s a bit more secluded, food is always so fresh and hot.

Better to book direct confusion over this site even with reference number and if you have a booth you will find yourself having to press the button for service many times before someone comes but over all a good meal as always food you can't fault

Great food great service. Have been many times now never been let down. Food arrives quickly and hot. Perfect all you can eat with the buffet nonsense x

Service was very poor, there was no communication between staff with one asking us if we wanted to order our next course just as we’d asjed another member of staff to chase our previous course, we received our food at different times, to the extent that two of us received our main course whilst the rest of our party waited for pudding, much of the food was cold and rice/side dishes turned up after main courses had been eaten. When I spoke to the senior member of staff to express my dissatisfaction, she argued that all had been well on their part and that it was in fact our own fault for ordering separately - we didn’t, we could only order as quickly as staff attended to us. She reluctantly gave us 10% off our bill which I was disappointed with as I was by the lack of an apology. Two of our party had travelled some distance to join us and one is very ill, not often able to enjoy an evening out; he certainly did not enjoy this one.

Food was tasty, hot and served fairly quickly. The waitresses were polite but drinks service could have been quicker, especially as there wasn’t many other diners at the eating at the same time as us.

The food was good quality and the portion sizes were good. The service was a little slow though because they only had one chef on duty

Food and decor both very very good. The service button system on each of the tables worked really well, although initial service was quite slow. Portions are small to allow for further orders from the all you can eat style menu, which is very reasonably priced. Personally, I'd consider this one of the best oriental restaurants in the city.
