Very Friendly and accommodating staff, the restaurant’s theming and decor is a very warm and inviting. An atmospheric and cultural dining experience and a high standard quality of food with a lot of variations on the menu. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Walked in and was seated right away. The service was great and can’t complain. We attended the restaurant on a Saturday and the place was packed. The food itself was fantastic. Have been many times before and will visit many times again. Absolutely love the place.

Slow service, terrible food, awful surroundings. Tried to charge us for a bottle of wine we didn’t have. Then had the cheek to add on 10% to bill for service charge.

Always good, whether you are getting take away or eating in the restaurant. Never had a bad meal. The staff are great, nd the service quick. Highly recommended.

This was a pot luck visit on our Coventry trip from Bristol, I googled thai restaurant and up it came and was thrilled with the outcome, we were all very impressed on it and thoroughly enjoyed the food, the service was excellent and the cost was very good value, many thanks to each and everyone involved

The staff were great. Very informative with the dishes. I must admit one our chicken dishes was a little dry but they give us a refund and complementary drinks at the end of our meal. This is our third visit. Thank you Blue Orchid

Needs a lick of paint. Kitchen did not look clean. The chicken was not fresh, but very chewy, I'm guessing straight from frozen to the pan. I had prawns which were tasty and the sharing starters were ok.

Food was lovely. Service could have been quicker but overall it was great

As you can see , I was impressed on my first visit to the Blue Orchid and could not fault anything at all. Apart from the above, the menu was extensive, the toilets good & the parking handy so I will definitely be returning.
