Consistently excellent, food ambience and service, this is a highly recommended restaurant. The menu changes monthly and is always interesting and inventive. The service is exquisite. Go along and judge for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

Another fantastic meal at Bohemia last Wednesday. The beef tasted amazing and the vegetables for sweet and crunchy. It was nice to see the restaurant full and the atmosphere was great.

Friendly service good imaginative food. Changing menu embraces the seasons and is always well cooked and tasty. Been going since it opened and pleased by the variety of events like wine tasting and music they include to provide a good night out.

A delightful SMALL restaurant, easy to get to. No. 11 bus stops outside plus buses going along Bristol Road. Great atmosphere, service and original well cooked and presented food. Staff very helpful and, when time allowed, chatty. Found it a romantic eatery to go if you want to chat and some peace. We were both impressed with the Pullus Sauvigon Blanc. Will definitely go again.

Superb food, atmosphere and service! Would highly recommend this little gem of a restaurant to others to book for a meal out. Did not realise such a great place existed locally, if you want a special night out with mouth watering menu in an intimate yet very relaxed experience then you can't get better than Bohemia!

Amazing food, as always! Absolutely love it here! Very friendly with a lovely atmosphere! Well worth a visit for either lunch or supper....all good with very fresh food! Nothing is every too much trouble for them!

Lovely food and wine with great service, in nice surroundings - what more could you want?! The art on the walls is a great talking point, and trying to choose between the delicious sounding (and looking) dishes on the menu took forever! The only reason this isn't a 6 is because it was a little quiet in the restaurant when we were there, which is surprising, and it just detracted from the atmosphere a little. We will DEFINITELY be going back regularly - I can't believe we didn't know it was there!

Good food, good portions (kept our hungry student son satisfied with just s main) and very friendly service. We will definitely go back next time we are in the area. Highly recommended.

As always the food was yummy and well presented. The live entertainment during our meal was skilled and enjoyed by us all. My only comment would be that compared to my other visits to Bohemia the service was not as sharp and efficient. Maybe on an event evening extra staff are required in the kitchen to maintain your normally impeccable standards.

Ate here whilst visiting Birmingham. A fabulous find. Great atmosphere, delicious food and delightful live music. All this AND my favourite wine on the wine list - Gavi! Couldn't ask for more. A perfect evening. Thank you so much.

Always a treat. The menu is imaginative and the food looks and tastes great. Service can sometimes be a little slow because they are so busy but the staff are always very pleasant . One of my favourite restaurants .

The restaurant has a small menu (often a good thing in my experience) the dishes were creative and very well cooked and seasoned. An excellent service team and a lovely atmosphere.

Unexpected find in Selly Oak. Interesting, tasty food with generous portions, extremely friendly atmosphere. Soon forgot ourselves and three hours flew by. Would definitely return.

bohemia fab as ever. great food, great staff even on a very hot night! We were rung up beforehand to discuss the menu for a friend who has a food intolerance - much easier to sort then than on the night.

Recent visit by 4 people. Good friendly service. Advice by phone before evening with advice about GF options. Reasonable wine list. Friends very happy with their choices of mains though we waited a while for chips and steamed mixed veg side dishes to follow (the restaurant was quite busy). I ordered a rare porterhouse steak, a bit disappointed when it arrived as it was was cooked more I would have liked. Puddings were good (one was shared). Will visit again.

We visited Bohemia at lunch time and found a relaxed professional operation. The food was lovely as was the waitress, would go again, may try the evening next time.

Where else to celebrate our 38th Wedding Anniversary? Our favourite restaruant in Selly Oak did us proud, the usual good service and fabulous food. We'll be back!

Starter and main course we're completely delicious. The wine was lovely and smooth. Server was attentive. For our first time at Bohemia I found it good value for money and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Will be back at some point.

We have been here a few times and the food and service is always fantastic!!

Although the location doesn't look very promising, Bohemia was welcoming, comfortable and the food was excellent. Not many options for a vegetarian at lunchtime, but the starter (celery soup and warm bread) was lovely, the main courses tasty, varied in ingredients and very generous in size, with even the latte rich and creamy tasting. We were very impressed and thoroughly enjoyed it.

The usual enjoyable meal at Bohemia. This is our restaurant of choice - and within walking distance along the canal. Good food at reasonable prices - the same menu on two consecutive visits was not a problem

4 of us had a very pleasant lunch yesterday. The food was good and great value. Friendly staff as well. We'll be back again. This was my 4th visit to this restaurant.

Our favourite restaurant didn't disappoint. This time there was a local old lady, who was helped to her (favourite?) table, and encouraged with choices - she obviously eats there once a week - I could easily do that!
