Steak was superb. Was supposed to get mushrooms with meal when I asked if they would be coming i was initially told they had run out I would thought we would have been given an alternative. Then he produced 1 medium size mushroom to share. This small thing didn't stop me or my wife enjoying the experience. Not cheap but worth it.

Staff etc was spot on, but my steak was poor. Rib eye. Full of chewy fat rather than melt in your mouth fat. Got replaced by a fillet steak which was better but not great which is what you expect for the money. Love the place use it all the time but a bit disappointed on this occasion

Sunday roast was terrible, the meat was tender But they run out of beef so one of us had to have lamb. The vegetables Was overcooked and roast potatoes were extremely poor, soggy Like they have been left under a heat lamp for hours instead of fresh and crispy. There was a lack of gravy about 3 tablespoons which I suggest you should give everyone their own jug And it was too sweet.

We visited as a family of 5. Mixed ages and food tastes. Great menu and the food was delicious. They didn’t have something on the menu that the children wanted but they still made it. Definitely recommend it.

We went Xmas eve at 7:30. We had booked a month before so we're not surprised when we were shown to our table immediately. At that time the place was 50% full. Being Xmas the atmosphere was great. The restaurant was a bit pricey so we gave the starters a miss and just had a main. You have to order sides with the main which pushes the published prices up. The food though was excellent and cannot be faulted. I had the surf and turf option. Would definitely go again.

Poor service. Not asked about drinks when u take your table and left for ages. One of the waiters was quite rude when taking the orders. Very abrupt Food was poor quality for the amount charged. No special custom service very mediocre

I have been to Branded before, but last night's experience was not up to the standard of previous experiences, and that is a shame because I was introducing some new people to the restaurant. In my particular case, the steak had an unacceptable number of tough or chewy parts and not the usual 11 out of 10 steak I would expect. Service was not great either, we were left waiting around a lot, despite only 3 or 4 tables being occupied, I genuinely have no idea where the staff were, or what they were doing. If this had been my first experience, I wouldn't be back again, fortunately for Branded, I know that they are and should be better.

Very cold when we walked in, heating had just been turned on. Waitress was very stern and cleared each plate as we finished. Food is ok, had better. Overall ok

Staff are so lovely in this reataurant and very friendly towards our two chilsten. As usual steak was good but was slightly disappointed with desserts.

Too fast slightly with service and wanting to clear unfinished plates. Roast was very good and langoustine starter. Dessert was not as great but still enjoyed the food in general

My overall visit was wonderful as it was my birthday meal, unfortunately my guests felt looked down on by some of your staff. My feedback would be, don't judge the people that come into your establishment for the way that we look.

Food is always very good and value for money, staff are very friendly and helpful.

Steaks as expected, unfortunately my partner had to back her steak, not cooked as ordered, but replaced as ordered within minutes so did not spoil our enjoyment f our meal.
