Been coming her forever so always an obvious choice for us when Christmas shopping - has almost become one of our festive traditions! Festive menu was nice and the waiter we had was outstanding! Thanks!!
Lovely food good service in an extremely busy restaurant very happy.
Food and ambiance was lovely, we had excellent service. However it wasn't until we got home that we noticed that service has been added to out bill, so we paid the service charge but also left a cash tip. This was not pointed out so its disappointing
Pleasant young lady but unfortunately the food was cold so had to be reheated. Not her fault shame the order wasn’t checked before served.
Great waitress, good food. Thanks very much. Complimentary Prosecco went down well with the birthday boy!
Waited over an hour for order then cold when arrived. Empty mussel shels and one prawn on seafood linguine two prawns in risotto.
Good food, nice staff but very slow service. Would come again for festive meal.
The staff were attentive, kind and efficient. Food was of a high standard
Well the service was terrible. Twice we had to ask for water our wine was brought to the table with no ice bucket and our main meal was luke warm
This was a our second visit to this restaurant and after a horrible experience first time around, this was much better.
Every staff member was pleasant and the atmosphere was great. The service and food were both brilliant. Will be visiting again!
The restaurant was divided into two areas by a mid height decorative partition. We were sat in an area close to the kitchen and toilets with no other diners seated throughout our meal. All other diners were seated together on the other side of the partion. Disappointing.
I have been a few times good quality but Most of very good service , you really can't beat it
Service was appalling. Not enough staff one was rude and rushed.
When arrived, even though we had booked, we were told to wait at the back of the queue behind others that hadn't booked. Stood there around 8 m8nutes before being shown to a table. The waiter said that the ipad with the bookings on had been smashed so he couldn't tell if we had booked or not. Ordered drinks and had to ask twice if they were coming and the finally arrived 5 mi uses after the starter. One wrong starter and one wrong main turned up so one guest had to wait and watch us eat our main. Despite this, food was lovely.
Didn't have any wine as the prices per glass were ridiculous!
There were not enough staff. They worked hard but we had to constantly chase our food and drink
Food good, choice limited. Although asked for some tap water had to ask again. Ordered side of fries but forgotten so had to ask. Therefore not served with main meal.
Food was ok, but, for a Saturday evening, they were out of many of the beer options, lasagne, and other menu options, which is pretty poor. Service was excellent, but that was the only good thing. Not recommended. Very disappointing.
Wonderful! Our server was fabulous, the food superb! Marvellous time
Average food. Average service, not as good as it used to be. Seemed understaffed even though it wasn't busy, staff worked hard l, looked rushed yet service e was slow
Food and service great, recommend the seafood linguine. Our waitress Liz was very friendly, attentive and polite. Look forward to eating here again soon.
Good food and service. Nice place to be. Nothing exceptional, however.
The food was completely tasteless. The carbonara pizza hardly had any topping on and was basically a pizza base. The carbonara pasta was the same, barely any sauce and what was there was tasteless. The garlic foccaccia tasted like plan bread. It came across like you were trying to spens as little as possible on preparing the food. The service was hit and miss… the one brownie arrived with sauce the other one without. Overall a terribly disappointing experience when all one wants to do is spend a nice evening with your family…
cold food and tried to rush us out the door in half an hour - will NOT return - notime to talk as friends as staff continually tryiong toclear us away and get us out
The food felt microwaved! I had the risotto and the rice was so overboiled and overcooked and just tasted awfu! The penne in the gardiniera were the exact opposite as not cooked and even had a crunch and completely tasteless.
We didn't like the way we had to pay for two portions of chips with our meal, very mean!!!
Food was delicious. The service was excellent. Thank you very much.
Quick service and good food with polite staff. Clean restrooms
Very friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Good food. Good location in blue water.
Meat a bit chewy and over priced children’s meal . Decor and atmosphere nice .
Excellent food and value for money. Will recommend to my froend
The food was not great! we had the spinach and ricotta ravioli,. Pasta was slightly undercooked, the filing was not tasty at all, it was all floating in a watery liquid that i can not describe as any kind of sauce. To be honest M&S is better. Service was patchy although not busy, but they were polite. Would not recommend and would not return.
Enjoyed a lovely lunch from your festive menu. Pistachio dessert was especially good
Found it quite bizarre that an Italian restaurant should run out of panchetta this morning 🤪 Grub was otherwise very nice, as usual.
Pre booked and got window seat as requested . Lots of staff - very pleasant but needed more training. The cheese and garlic foccacia was cold and oily. The beef ragu pasta was dry but we were given extra sauce when requested. The goats cheese salad was nice and fresh although the cheese was a bit mean. Very good coffee. Not as good as it used to be.
The young lady that seated us was slow at taking our order but service after that was great. Our food was delicious and the tiramisu was amazing. I would definitely recommend Carluccios Bluewater.
Food was really lovely and service was excellent but I was very disappointed in the selection of deserts on offer for nut allergy sufferers. The restaurant did not have allergy information on some of the dishes so I ended up with ice cream, really not the thing for a cold November lunch
Brilliant service as always, friendly staff and a great atmosphere
Breakfast for me is the best meal of the day and my avocado and smoked salmon dish was divine
Lovely service great food enjoyable evening. Value for money would recommend.
I come to the restaurant quite often, once or twice a month. It’s my favourite restaurant in Bluewater, but the service yesterday was not up to par. We had to wait to be offered a drink menu & drinks. Although the waitress kindly moved us to a more comfortable table, the white wine spritzer drink I ordered was not satisfactory. I had to go up to the bar & request more soda & ice. I then when requested the bill I was told you no longer accept Blue Light.
Diana our waitress was excellent and the food was great.
Food good staff friendly wouldlike to see more meat and fish dishes as I'm not not into pastas
Our drink order arrived after our starters. One main meal arrived while we were eating our starters. We waited a long time for our main meals. My tuna salad was not as nice as it is usually. My seat on arrival was dirty, the floor area was also dirty.
A good breakfast, totally enjoyed the gluten-free, will return again
The waiting time was poor. We were told as we arrived that they were a chef down. We didn't mind that and was grateful they told us then and not once we had sat down.
The best pizza I've ever had whilst at a restaurant!
Excellent service. Good food. Fair price range. Will certainly visit again. Thanks.
Service was too slow due to lack of staff. Wasn't very busy. Meal average and expensive .
