Always a good meal at carluccios. Good, efficient service Tasty food and reasonable prices

Food nor the service was anything to write home about. Waiter got my sons drinks order wrong, and then tried to charge us extra for our meal

Server didn’t deliver the requested olives until the starter came which we asked for with drinks. Took over a hour from starter to main .. she said it was because we ordered the steak and it takes a while to cook. Figure that one out…. 3 minutes each side for medium rare. Okay meal but just okay. Wouldn’t return.

Food was good. Wine way overpriced so didn’t have any. Attentive staff. Not happy that the restaurant does not accept cash, so won’t we won’t be going back

Booked a table for lunch, food was very tasty and just the right amount. Service was very prompt and courteous. This is my 2nd visit and will definitely be coming back.

The visit and service were very good. The food however was really bland, I was really disappointed.

2 out of 4 meals incorrect, another one cold. 4 drinks arrived wrong we were only a table of 4. Not writing orders down does not improve customer interactions and efficiency as per your company policy. Had at least 25 minute wait for missing meal, it was missed then were advised we had to wait in queue as they were busy. 28.02.2025 for a birthday celebration.

Fabulous food cater for my gluten free just disappointed with the lack of gluten free deserts but the lemon sorbet was lush

Poor choicee of food ,asked for tap water got and charged bottled water ,waiter I thought was a but rude when I said about it said well if u said I could of changed it but he had already poured it !!! Over expensive for what recieved

Twice asked for water and didn’t get it. My meal didn’t seem to be as described on the menu. Chicken in a white wine and sage sauce just seemed to be chicken in the oil from all the pesto on the potatoes.

We were left waiting to be seated for 5 minutes despite there being more staff than customers. The waitress was rude and the food was cold and I had to send it back. I won't be returning which is a shame as the one at meadow hall is great

Quiet and lacked atmosphere. Couldn't fault the server who tried his best to lift the mood. Lasagne lacked seasoning and the menu in general was pretty bland

A lovely supper with family on my birthday. The manager was welcoming and the waiter excellent-attentive without intruding. The food, as always was delicious.

Lovely meal with friend. We were sat with the smaller tables so the noise levels were low, great menu and delicious lasagne and seabass. As there was an offer on we had cocktails too. Attentive and friendly staff.

Lovely lasagna but my garlic bread was cold and the'butter' was like slime in the top. No excuse for not making decent garlic bread! Also they need to do something about keeping the place a bit warmer by getting some screens across that huge open window ,especially on a cold night like last night.But the service was very nice. Oh also watch out for being given bottled water( charged for) as opposed to a glass of tap water.

Unfortunately, as previously there were quite a few dishes that were unavailable. The meals we had were ok but the restaurant needs to get its ordering right. Our friends have had this problem as well when eating here.

Service and food were both great and excellent value using our taste card! The venue was clean but quite cold (we chose to sit further into the restaurant to feel warmer) this was most likely not the restaurants fault but the Derbion centre in general.

Fabulous place for our Christmas Party meal, staff very attentive, food amazing! Only negative was we had a large party of 20 and we had to be split over two tables (close to each other) due to size and layout of restaurant but that is a very minor thing. We will be looking at going here again next year!
