Staff most attentive and lovely food. Great value for money.

Great food, all looked really nice. Would recommend the Chicken Saltimbocca and the Chocolate Bread & Butter Pudding.

Poor choicee of food ,asked for tap water got and charged bottled water ,waiter I thought was a but rude when I said about it said well if u said I could of changed it but he had already poured it !!! Over expensive for what recieved

Twice asked for water and didn’t get it. My meal didn’t seem to be as described on the menu. Chicken in a white wine and sage sauce just seemed to be chicken in the oil from all the pesto on the potatoes.

We were left waiting to be seated for 5 minutes despite there being more staff than customers. The waitress was rude and the food was cold and I had to send it back. I won't be returning which is a shame as the one at meadow hall is great

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Good table. A couple of the meals could have been hotter but staff rectified this.

Quiet and lacked atmosphere. Couldn't fault the server who tried his best to lift the mood. Lasagne lacked seasoning and the menu in general was pretty bland

A lovely supper with family on my birthday. The manager was welcoming and the waiter excellent-attentive without intruding. The food, as always was delicious.

Lovely meal with friend. We were sat with the smaller tables so the noise levels were low, great menu and delicious lasagne and seabass. As there was an offer on we had cocktails too. Attentive and friendly staff.

Lovely lasagna but my garlic bread was cold and the'butter' was like slime in the top. No excuse for not making decent garlic bread! Also they need to do something about keeping the place a bit warmer by getting some screens across that huge open window ,especially on a cold night like last night.But the service was very nice. Oh also watch out for being given bottled water( charged for) as opposed to a glass of tap water.

Unfortunately, as previously there were quite a few dishes that were unavailable. The meals we had were ok but the restaurant needs to get its ordering right. Our friends have had this problem as well when eating here.

Service and food were both great and excellent value using our taste card! The venue was clean but quite cold (we chose to sit further into the restaurant to feel warmer) this was most likely not the restaurants fault but the Derbion centre in general.

Beautiful food cooked to perfection 👌 Bit chilly in restaurant but amazing offer made up for it!

Fabulous place for our Christmas Party meal, staff very attentive, food amazing! Only negative was we had a large party of 20 and we had to be split over two tables (close to each other) due to size and layout of restaurant but that is a very minor thing. We will be looking at going here again next year!

Really good food, and the restaurant was busy, and we were a group of 7, but they forgot a main and a dessert and we had to get our own spoon for a soup starter.

A lovely Christmas get-together for us at Carluccios. The food was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful and efficient.

My wife and I came today to celebrate our 58th wedding anniversary. Thank you for the free Prosecco it was unexpected and we were delighted, also both meals were excellent our waiter Nile was so attentive to our needs. We definitely be back in the new year. Hope all the staff have a wonderful Christmas. Patrick Glennon

Can only say it was very very cold in the restaurant Everyone had to sit with coats on We asked to be moved and sat in a slightly better place but not much Being so cold spoilt the overall experience Ordered a side order of chips and they were almost cold when they arrived We asked for tap water when asked what drinks we'd like n had to request it 3 times before a glass each appeared All in all not a great experience Wouldn't advise anyone to go there in the winter

Should be more transparent on costs why are you offered a bottle of water at £4 when you are first seated Tap water 🚿 is drinkable in any case and also bread and olives. Better to see menu first before taking any order so aware of prices

My friend and I had the Festive menu, which I also had today with another friend. I had the fig and pancetta with blue cheese . followed by crab and prawn risotto. Food was delicious. However, today my bruscheta was quite burnt on the edges, which changed the taste so I didn't eat that part as Im aware of carcinogens. I was informed by the waitress that often happens, but the meal last week was faultless with no burnt edges!! It was a bit disappointing as the meal generally was excellent, which s why I chose the same as last week!!

Staff very attentive. Food was very good and we really enjoyed our visit. For me the restaurant could be warmer. Would also appreciate a non alcoholic wine available.

Food was lovely, and the service was good. Unfortunately the restaurant is very cold, we did ask to move to a warmer table and they were very accommodating.
