We enjoyed our meal, would be lovely to have, like you used to, courgettes as a side or another vegetable besides broccoli. Waitress was not particularly friendly… but all in all it was good.

Totally different from my last visit last year. All dishes are tasteless. No sauce for the carbonara. Mussels were extremely not fresh. I was wondering if the chef was changed.

Breakfast was ok apart from very cheap sausage and scrambled eggs nearly cold - as was the latte. Looked like there wasn’t enough staff as they seemed rushed off their feet and doing their best.

It wasn’t busy and our server (Sonia) was very attentive and lovely. We had two tables as my daughter was there with a group of friends for her birthday. They were all treated as adults while I enjoyed a meal elsewhere in the restaurant. Food was excellent (a touch pricey though) but overall would recommend.

Very limited options to choose from. Taste was ok. Service was good.

The waitress was rather off. We asked for wine glasses for our water and she was clearly disgruntled. My mum has just got out of hospital and does not drink but I wanted to feel like we were celebrating. I won’t be going back. A smile costs nothing.

The service was great, however the waiting time for the meal was quite long. It wouldn’t have mattered if we didn’t have a train to catch.

Eggs royale was very unsubstantial, drinks were tiny, we had a voucher for 20% off but it wasn't honoured, then we were unable to split the bill because of some issue with the card machine, so I ended up paying for everyone's food. We also, for some unexplained reason, ended up with 3 copies of the bill. Overall utterly shambolic. I definitely won't be returning.

We are regulars at Carluccios in Leamington spa.The Restaurant is in the middle of the town with Excellent food and great staff serving the food.We were very lucky to get a table on Mothering Sunday morning and had excellent attentive service from Raluka the Manager and Chandini our Waitress.Well done to both at a very busy time !

Food not as good as it used to be! I guess like most other chains you are having dishes delivered par cooked and just heated up on your premises. My partner and I rarely visit now. The staff are friendly and helpful, doing their best I guess.
