Nice atmosphere and a pleasant restaurant, looks like the menu hasn’t changed in a while

We go there often allways great. But this time our food was not hot very dissapointed as it was for a 21st birthday. Hope our next visit will be better. As we have always enjoyed our previous times.

We booked in advance and despite being really busy we had our window table reserved, what a lovely view… food was amazing as always and staff were brilliant again.

Service was rushed. Salad I chose had a slither of goats cheese ( hardly any) and generally poor service. The restaurant was not even busy. I noted in my booking it was a birthday celebration which never got noticed by our server. The bill came and we had a gift card which the server just swiped from me . Service charge was automatically put on the bill with no choice if I wanted to add 12.5% or not . We asked to take some of the left over pizza home and was given a salad take away bowl not even a pizza box .. will definitely not return

Never disappoints. I am Coeliac & do not like cooked cheese. No problem I was told, we will make your risotto without the Parmesan! Wonderful!

They clearly didn’t have the best team in the kitchen today - the rocket was far from fresh - I left several leaves as they were yellow & mottled - should never have made it to our plates. I did bring it to the waitress’s attention. My Milanese chicken burger was also overdone.

Staff friendly and attentive. We didn't feel rushed and were able to take our time to chat.

Food was excellent, service was ok, although servers were not very personable/engaging. It was very noisy. The drinks were expensive. We were not hurried out of the restaurant, so a fairly relaxed lunch. I appreciate that you can have gratuity reduced/removed, but adding 12.5% is a bit cheeky (I did pay it, but would have left a little less)

It was very nice, my grilled chicken Caesar’s salad was lovely and the waitress listened to my requests, no i w in coke and dressing on the side. Very helpful polite waitress.

4 of us elderly ladies had a brilliant lunch with the most helpful waitress - so sorry didn't take her name. We had a table at 12.30pm on Sat 17th January, so we would like to say thank you to her.

Food was tasty and delivered speedily. Friendly staff accommodated a wheelchair very well and disabled facilities were readily available

Very quiet which suited us. Good food as usual. However the price of alcohol is sky high and limits the amount and product we buy. Excellent service, but being so quiet it should be.

The service and the food were outstanding and we were looked after extremely well. In particular Emily was extremely courteous to help me with my restaurant experience. I thought the food was great quality and I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone

We had an amazing meal Sat evening in Gunwharf. The food was excellent, tasted lush and portion size was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was relaxed and as a party of 6 we could all hear each other talk. I would highly recommend to both small or large groups.

It was. My 75 year birthday celebration and was absolutely wonderful having my family with me to enjoy it. The food and service was great and everyone enjoyed their meal. My only concern was that upon receiving the bill I was in such a rush to catch my ferry back to the Isle of Wight I didn’t check it thoroughly but when I got home I noticed that although I received The discount on the main meals I didn’t receive my free bottle of Prosecco for which I provided the email I received offering it. I think this may be due to having 3 people serving us during the meal. This obviously made quite a down on the day when I got home and checked the bill, such a sad end to an otherwise very enjoyable day. We always have a fantastic meal at this restaurant. Everyone was happy with their food and we had a wonderful evening - thank you! Carluccio’s has become a firm favourite for us.

Wow. Daughters birthday and they kindly surprised her with a beautiful blood orange sorbet on a board with Happy birthday drizzled expertly in chocolate. How nice and then we had absolutely no issue with our coupon. Thanked the waitress who made my daughter so happy. Thanked managers. Will go back. Would say, it would be nice to have more options on set menu. Thanks to you all

Very nice evening, Emily who served us was really pleasant, she took time to talk us and share some laughs, she made the evening extra special, food was very good, although was disappointed not to see Panacota on the menu, the manager took time to talk to us about that, hopefully they may get it back soon, overall a wonderful night.
