The staff were fantastic and we were well looked after. We used to love and trust it would always be good. We felt the food quality now is very mediocre especially for the price. Certain things were dry or lacking flavour plus the tiramisu had ice crystals.

My husband said the Best pizza he had in ages and I had the sea bass which was delicious. Really good mains. I had the frangipane cake for dessertand the taste was nice but a tad dry. The Nutella calzone was delicious.

Service was good but my desert was very poor. I had pistaccio choux pastry but the pastry was very.hard and difficult to cut. The reataurant was also very noisy

We had a lovely meal at Carluccio's. The menu choices were good, the food was delicious and very reasonably priced.

They added prawns to a meat platter that werent on the menu listing, for someone with a seafood allergy. Gluten free pasta was not cooked well and not enjoyable. Chicken Milanese highly rosemary seasoned. Chicken burgers were good. Service was quick and prices were reasonable.

Nice environment and waiter was nice. We were given a card saying options for £9.95 which we all ordered off. We paid the bill and left, only to realise after we had all been overcharged quite a lot and ended up paying the full price (£14.95) for the mains each rather than the advertised offer price.

It was disappointing - the Arancini starter was cold, garlic and foccasia bread was hot but very salty. The signature dish Giardiniera was rather very simplistic. The only part I did enjoy was the desserts. Went to Carluccio expecting a fine dining experience but got a substandard experience and will sadly not be visiting again.

Food was excellent. Booking from app was not possible. I had to go to the website. My 10 per cent welcome discount was not usable because it was only for on line orders. However the free dessert treat was good. Overall we enjoyed our visit. Thank you.

The noise levels weren't great but it was Christmas so it was to be expected. Service was slightly rushed and some servers better than others. Food was delicious!

The staff were lovely, but clearly overworked and stressed. My meal was fine, but my stepmother's looked absolutely awful. It was drowned in sauce and looked very odd. She said the texture was not nice. Not the staff's fault at all - as I said, they were lovely but overworked. Unfortunately, this did not make for a pleasant experience.

We went for our company Christmas lunch. The food was wonderful - really tasty. The cocktails were great as well. The wine was lovely, though too expensive for what it was - they didn't have the mid priced bottle of white so we had to upgrade which was too expensive really. We had a fabulous time. Really lovely waiting person - just the right level of attentiveness.
