I ordered a main dish which should have included chicken and Parma ham , but there was no Parma ham. ,the potatoes appeared to have been cooked at least more than once.The dish was really unacceptable. Very dissapointed

Booking worked perfectly and a very enjoyable evening with good food.

Service was great. Most of food was good, but a couple of dishes were way too spicy hot. The steak plate was disappointing as it had roasted potatoes but no vegetables just a bunch of rocket. We had 11 at our table and mainly was satisfied.

The food was delicious, lovely staff. Been going to this restaurant for years. Think they could bring in a few vegetation meals as no choice for vegans.

It has changed a lot made to feel on last 3 visits that they need to close up at 8.45-9pm lights get put down & up & bill is brought before you ask. Polite but not overly so just minimum. Shame been 3 times in 2 months trying to support our local restaurant. Food is good menu nice but always feel under pressure to order & get out quickly unfortunately. Maybe this is why the chain is struggling to stay open :(

Lipstick on wine glass, sticker marks on plate, watery pasta, raw soft pizza and charged us tip when we asked not too. It’s just gone so downhill

Fathers Day breakfast. Booked a table but it was busy and staff were slow to show us to the table, the order was rushed and the food arrived too quickly and looked like everything had been sitting and keeping luke warm (just about ), asked for fried eggs but got scrambled, bacon burnt, sausage burnt, toasted ciabatta stale and hard. Had to wait an age to get the bill and even longer to pay - very tempted just to walk out. Expected much better from Carluccio's this was dreadful.

Two mains very good, two mains not very good. Server not especially attentive.

Exceptionally friendly and knowledgable staff. Inviting and welcoming atmosphere and I tried the recommended Penne Giardiniera which was delicious. Highly recommend!

The restaurant was virtually empty with no atmosphere, but it was a Monday evening. They didn't have what my husband and daughter chose to eat so they were very disappointed.

All was as good as it usually is, which is very good!
