About Casa Manolo - Chelsea

A bit of Spain around London. More than a bit, really. Casa Manolo has been associated with Spanish cuisine in London since the 1980s, and now boasts several restaurants (and delicatessens) around the capital. Here in Chelsea, along the King’s Road, Casa Manolo underlines its reputation for true gourmet passion and gastronomic excellence. The key is the fact that the Casa Manolo family hail from a long line of Spanish artisanal producers, and thee connections have been preserved as the family business expanded into a series of eateries, meaning there’s still a direct link from farm to table here. From tapas to delicious main courses and seafood dishes, platters of smoked meats and cheese, plenty of good wine and delectable desserts, Casa Manolo is a top restaurant for Spanish and European cuisine in Chelsea

Lovely Spanish meal. We found Casa Manolo whilst walking on King's Road. We decided to try it. We were greeted in a most friendly way and seated on stools at a tall table. We enjoyed the tomato salad (tomatoes were not quite ripe) and the tortilla (egg and potato omelet.) For our principal plate we ordered the seafood paella. We also enjoyed a bottle of dry Spanish white wine. The service was attentive throughout. The waiter proffered samples of hamon. We will try to return during our stay in London.
